My 2nd appointment at this practice is my last. Every part of my experience working with Dr. Breingan and his staff, from scheduling an emergency appointment to the appointment itself, was met with disrespect, aggravation, and lack of any patience. Don’t expect to be attended to if your last appointment was less than a year ago. Once at my appointment, the nurse was extremely rude, barking orders at my mother to sign paperwork after putting drops in her eyes without giving her a chance to read through or even ask what the paperwork was for. The doctor treated her with the same disrespect. Truly unprofessional and abismal treatment of patients. Will not be coming back.

I have been a patient of Dr Breingan for his entire career and love the experience. His practical view on treating issues is fantastic, as well as his personality and attention to detail are welcoming from a physician. I had a cataract in one eye a few years ago, and the surgery by him went extremely well. Highly recommended

Dr Breignan took over the practice of my former ophthalmologist. He is calm, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I highly recommend him. A friendly and efficient staff, an all around very good experience.

The front desk person was rude. Did not offer any help when I could not see the questions. When I wanted to confirm the price she got nasty and rude. I had to wait a while and the doctor seemed to rush the procedure. I told my friend to cancel his appointment.

Very kind and thoughtful doctor. Highly competent, Dr. Breingan gives you a thorough examination, and does not rush you out. He performed minor surgery on my eyelid in the office that resolved a problem that another eye surgeon could not solve. I highly recommend him. The entire practice is well run and efficient. Although they service alot of patients, the practice does not have a factory atmosphere that is so typical of many of the high volume Manhattan medical groups.
