I really do not like to write a bad review because i did not see a doctor Sarah K. Girardi. But my recommendation for her to fire her front desk asap. Called today as first time customer wait it on line about 30 minutes. After when she decided to answer my call i told her as joke thanks you finally answered she hand up on me. Hopefully doctor will get notified about her staff and make sure phone will be answered properly.

Dr. Girardi is amazing. She cares about her patients & I am a patient of her for years. She will even call on the weekend to give results. How amazing is that - A DOCTOR CALLING A PATIENT ON THE WEEKEND TO GIVE RESULTS OF A TEST. Do not hesitate to have Dr. Girardi as your urologist.

I cannot even describe how amazing Dr. Girardi is. She was very professional and on point in every aspect. Probably the most knowledgeable doctor in their field of all doctors I met. Explained everything in detail, and how it would work step by step. Very kind and warm personality.When it came time for my actual procedure it could not have gone smoother. Again, Very detailed and thorough with what was going to happen, how it was going to be done, And what to expect after the procedure. I have anxiety when going to doctors and was very nervous in the waiting room. Dr Girardi put me at ease instantly. She is a professional who not only is an expert in her field, but is an expert with people. She was clam and soothing and explained everything clearly. I had to go for a follow up sono and she called me immediately to give me the results. Her front desk staff is very approachable as well. I highly recommend Dr Girardi!
