Guy Lin's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Lin's for 7 years. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Aaron, his assistant, is too notch. He is pleasant and very good at what he does. He anticipates what a patient needs to get other testing or for follow-up appointments. Dr. Lin and Aaron have your best interest and wellness at heart. I am very grateful for everything that they do for me to have improved health.

Dr Lin gave me a great experience., While I appreciate and have high regard for Dr Lin, I find the service from the office and staff to be indifferent, cold, aggressive and somewhat inept. Long hold times when I call, excessive time needed to simply make an appointment, no greeting or welcome when I arrive at the office ... just "Are you checking in? Sign there and do a temperature check there." It all makes me wish Dr Lin worked in a small office with a single receptionist rather than in a huge practice that seems more like a big, impersonal business with no real interest in their customers.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for over ten years and he is one of the most reliable doctors on the planet. He's a fantastic diagnostician, always has time for his patients, and is one of the nicest people on the planet. Look no further for your new ENT!

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Lin. I was unsure if I should go through with a procedure to improve my breathing, Dr. Lin was very candid with me about what the surgery would entail and that helped persuade me to go for it. The surgery itself was a breeze, Dr. Lin is an excellent surgeon. In my several days of recovery, he was very quick to respond to any questions I had and called me in immediately when I presented a possible complication. He is pleasant, funny, and direct. I recommend him highly.

I highly recommend Dr. Lin. I started seeing him due to chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps which he helped me manage for several years with non surgical intervention before I finally decided to have surgery, which I did in July 2020. Dr Lin is very responsive and always fits me in on little notice when I have an acute attack. He is knowledgeable, calm, thorough, nice and he takes the time to talk through various options and concerns. I really appreciated that although he’s a surgeon he didn’t push the surgical solution on me and worked with me for years to see whether we could manage my sinus issues non surgically until I eventually decided that it was time for the last resort of surgical intervention. I will continue under his care but hope and expect to see him less after my successful surgery!
