Dr. Park made feel at ease. I usually get very anxious right before any medical related appointments. And on my initial visit I didn’t feel as anxious. Dr. Park provided an atmosphere of encouragement, ease, engagement and acknowledgement. Her expertise in the field was also demonstrated. The location and office space were in a great area to walk and not a busy business area.

Dr. Yoon and the office staff were very kind and accommodating. Dr Yoon took his time evaluating me and answering all of my questions. I left feeling confident that we had a plan and next steps in place to uncover what is causing my digestive issues. Very happy to have found Dr Yoon, as finding doctors who listen and take their time in NYC can sometimes be challenging.

Connie is the best gastroenterologist in Manhattan. She’s soo kind and also really open minded with how she problem solves. If you have a suggestion or an idea, she’ll actually take it into consideration, which a lot of doctors won’t do!! This is a rarity in NYC, where a lot of appointments last 5 minutes and the doctors just type on their computer the entire time!

Dr. Park is fantastic. She listens and actually presents solutions. I know that sounds like the bare minimum for a doctor but you’d be surprised at how few are actually like her. She’s also knowledgeable. As for the office, the wait was super short and the office is really well kept. The staff were friendly and there’s water and coffee for those who want.

My experience with Manhattan Gastroenterology has been consistently disappointing. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, with long wait times being the norm. The staff's repeated mishandling of test orders and failure to schedule correct tests has only added to the frustration. Most concerning is the lack of follow-up; despite receiving positive test results, the doctor never bothered to contact me with a treatment plan. This has been going on since October and It's now the end of March, and I'm still without a diagnosis or proper care. Save yourself the hassle and seek medical attention elsewhere.

My visit to Dr. Yoon's GI office was outstanding, thanks to the inviting atmosphere and the excellent care provided. Dr. Yoon himself was not only kind but also meticulously thorough, showing a true commitment to his patients' health with a detailed and caring approach. The staff matched his professionalism, being both friendly and effective, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. I strongly endorse Dr. Yoon for top-tier GI care.

Had an appointment with Dr. Qin Rao and he was more concerned with my distance that just offering me a procedure I needed. The distance was totally irrelevant in my case.It felt very unwelcoming and like I was bothering him. Was advised by others and totally agree that I should cancel my appointment with him as I should feel very comfortable with my doctor.
