I highly recommend Dr. Ward. He is warm and reassuring to his patients and is an excellent and very careful surgeon. My recovery went smoothly and he called to check in on me frequently after surgery. I never had to wait at office visits and the nurses and staff were very helpful.

This man performed surgery on my 4 year old granddaughter. When most specialist gave my daughter very little hope...he said she will definitely be better than she is right now. He was God sent! I thank the Lord for putting him in our path. His positivity and sweet demeanor was a plus. His skills were the true gift. Today...just a few months after surgery her speech has improved significantly. Each day she speaks clearer and I am brought to tears as I listen to her say words she was unable to say. Especially when she says...I love you MUM!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Dr. Ward.

I’m not sure it’s typical to put a serious assessment or diagnosis in your paperwork without discussing it with you. I received the paperwork in the mail only to read a disturbing disagnosis code that was not discussed during our appointment. I had asked Dr Ward to call to discuss and I have not heard anything. If you care about your patients, give them the curtosey to speak with them in regards to sensitive subjects before indicating them on documents they and others, including insurance companies, will be reading.

Dr. Ward is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. Not only is he incredible with children - my son went to him for an adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy - but he is also very calm and reassuring for the parents, who are probably more nervous than the kids. He is gentle in the exam room (my son was calm and giggling the whole time Dr. Ward was checking out his ears, nose and throat) but very thorough and explains everything clearly and patiently. Could not recommend more strongly!
