Dr. Steven Sacks became my ENT after a whole slew of doctors failed to get rid of chronic sinusitis. 18 years' worth of doctors to be precise. He knew exactly what medication I needed to take. He was very prescriptive about how methodical I had to be at taking it. I haven't had sinusitis in 8 years, and now don't need any medication at all. He is not only my best ENT, he's one of my best doctors!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sacks for several years now and have had many medical adversities. To make the list short, I've had and beaten prostate and papillary cancer and am currently undergoing treatment for CLL. I have had over 23 surgeries of all kinds, including open heart surgery, thyroidechtemy surgery, etc., etc. in the last 20 years. Some were related to my military service in Southeast Asia.When I had ENT related problems I asked a very dear friend who is also an amazing physician who he would recommend. Without hesitation he said, Dr. Steven Sacks.Yes, i made an appointment to see Dr. Sacks and yes, I did wait a bit longer than I expected to be seen. But, that's the deal if you want to see the BEST and most COMPASSIONATE ENT specialist to help you get through your problems. Dr. Sacks does something that is rare these days.  He takes his time with you and explains exactly what you need to know and do to treat your ailmnent. For anyone who complains about waiting I suggest you go to a third world country and see what you get there.Dr. Sacks has helped me through more than just my ENT problems. He lent and ear when I was really in bad shape which helped more than can be explained on this page. So, yes, I can't say enough about his ability, compassion and attention to detail than anyone who appreciates a thorough examination could ask for.Thank you Dr. Sacks, Florence, Mauritizia and all the wonderful and kind staff for your service. But don't be fooled: Sacks is brilliant. Always jolly and spots problems other doctors overlook.

Dr. Sacks really cares about his patients and extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Dr. Sachs diagnosed me with sleep apnea almost 14 years ago. I had to undergo surgery, due to the severity of my condition. Thanks to him ,I no longer snore as loud or much, and do mot have to worry about chocking in my sleep! He was very compassionate and caring throughout the entire process, he is a great physician.

In 1997 Dr, Steven Sacks butchered my nose and throat. Recently, I went to see two ENTs, an Upper East Side ENT who knew Sacks (said, wow, he's done better work) and a rhino specialist in Westchester. The Westchester based doctor performed the surgery and was able to correct the damage and scaring caused by Dr. Sacks. And, he fixed the issues in my nose. I suffered, unable to breath through my nose, snoring a lack of smell and taste... for over 18 years because I didn't trust anyone else.

I had been having ear, sinus, parotid gland swelling parotid glands and other issues for many years. Went to multiple ENT doctors who if they gave me 3 mins in office, I was lucky, leaving me with no real diagnosis.One day I found dr steven sacks!!. He said I was a tough case, but he never gave up! He diagnosed a autoimmune disease, and sent me to  another doctor to address that while he did surgery. He is so kind, caring, and right on with his diagnosis! I would recommend everyone with a ENT issue to see him and only him. He really cares about ALL his patients. I feel 90% better than I did before, with the hope I will be 100% in remission soon. He is worth any wait you may have in the waiting room.  I thank you Dr. Sacks for all you did for me!!!!

I and several members of my family have seen Dr. Sacks for many years. He is kind, knowlegable and helpful. From my experience, he is an unsually good physician. I must admit that sometimes there is a wait to see him, but as impatient as I am, I think he is worth it.
