First and Foremost, Doctor Burns Listens to her patients. She has a smile that relaxes you and it is one that shows she cares about her patients. She also asks health related questions to gain an insight into her patients medical history. I saw her for the first time today for my annual physical, as such I was a little apprehensive, but she put me to ease within the first 5 minutes. She is extremely thorough. I will be seeing her in the future as I liked the way she explained things to me, so that I thoroughly understood what she was talking about. If I did not understand something, she put in in another way until I understood her. It has been years since I had such a thorough physical.
