Dr.Lee is the sweetest doctor I have ever met, she's very professional and knowledgeable as well as her Dental assistant Roz she's Funny and so gentle when doing my X-ray and cleaning, waiting time was short and the facility was very clean, I'am very please with their services, I highly recommend Smilist :)

This place was all class! Friendly reception upon arrival, state of the art equipment and Dr. Michelle Chandnani is amazing! She explained everything she was going to do and made me feel very relaxed throughout my procedure. If you live in the Massapequa area and you need some dental work, we’ll run don’t walk to the Smilist!

Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dentist explained everything thoroughly. One of things I especially liked were the texts that supplied links to all paperwork. Very easy process. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. - Maggie A.

Had a wonderful experience with the Dr.Pan and his assistant Blance!!Dr. Pan is very meticulous and informative!!He call the following day to check in on my progress and was very understanding.. Dr.Pan made sure that I had a sooner follow up appointment to put me at ease and evaluate me!!! I will definitely be referring some of my patients to him

My experience at the Smilist in Massapequa was excellent. all precautions to protect against Covid were adhered to. Roz, the dental hygienist was professional and knowledgeable. My experience was wonderful.

Although the staff was very polite, the company left a terrible first impression. When you overhear the manager doing a monthly report over speaker phone and the dentist tries to sell me on coming every three months and Invisalign, it’s a business, not a practice.

I found The Smilist simply by googling a dentist that accepted my insurance. I had a tooth emergency and they saw me within hours of my call and I could not be happier with my experience there. Dr. Lee was great! Needless to say my tooth emergency is fixed and I will be using their office from now on.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Smilist. It’s a very clean office with updated equipment and the front desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Michelle was fantastic. I had two cavities removed and it was the most seamless process. She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely gentle. The dental hygienist was also wonderful. Great experience overall!!
