The man actually CARED about me. Why did he leave? This is the second time Southwest Medical did this to me. If he changes practice location, I would like further info.

Southwestern Medical Associates and Dr. Verma cares more about billing than the actual patients. I was a new patient today and within 2 minutes of meeting Dr. Verma he told me that he didn't have time to listen to my 'issues' because I had been scheduled for a physical and nothing else. I was sitting there in tears, because I went in for a specific issue and NOT a physical, but instead of taking 2 seconds to listen to me he went and got his billing manager so that she could hatefully explain their billing system to me. I got up and walked out. Worst doctors office I have ever been too and definitely didn't leave a good impression on a new patient.
