Dr. Stein is a great surgeon. He's done work on two of my family members. Took care of the problems and they had very quick recovery times. I highly recommend him for hips and knees.

After my surgery the doctor never came to tell me how it went or to my wife in the waiting room. We are discharged and never heard from him again. The only time I hear from them is when they want their $2500 for my co insurance. Thank God the surgery went well but I will not go back to ortho New York or Dr. Stein!

After having surgery I continued to have problems. The office never returns calls. Finally after getting an appointment the doctor ordered test, I waited two weeks to here from them and never did. I started calling to see what my results were and no one return my calls. After a month someone finally got back to me to tell me the results showed damage. So I've been sitting here suffering, unable to work to support my family and this office didn't think it was urgent to return any calls so I can move forward to the next step.
