We just bought a house in Medford and we're in dire need of a cleaning ...upon reading the reviews we decided to make an appointment with island dental and we're glad we did the staff was very helpful and the work was amazing...my first time at a dental appointment where I wasn't nervous ...I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of great dental care

I will start by saying Jackie upfront before even going in (and other ladies just don’t know names) are amazing and such a pleasure. Doctor I see(not giving a name so y’all can steal him) is by far and most caring guy I’ve dealt with. And Chrissy I believe her name was who cleaned me last night actually spoke to me like a human and did amazing job. Basically I beyond recommend these guys if I could giveMore starts I would. Thank you so much guys( actually kinda like going to dentist now)

The staff is friendly and professional. I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. Dr. Yang explained everything she was doing and patiently answered all my questions. I had two difficult extractions which were completely painless. I was expecting pain once the numbness wore off but was pleasantly surprised, I had none. I credit Dr. Yang's expertise for this pain free experience. I highly recommend this office.

First time here. 40 mins from me but very worth it! Very friendly staff:) The dentist did a great job of explaining things to me. I have lots of sensitivity and this was the first place to put some numbing stuff on my gums. I’m actually annoyed that no other dentist office offered me it ( when I say how sensitive it is during cleaning ). Thank you so much for a pleasant visit.

Caring team, quality treatment. I had a procedure that took a little longer then expected, the staff stayed after hours to finish their work and were very accommodating.

I was a little nervous about getting dental work which was going to entail almost 2 hours of work inside my mouth, an unpleasant prospect for most people I would imagine. The staff, reception, assistants and doctor were all very kind, professional, and attentive. Dr Yang was lovely and checked in frequently to see if I was ok. It was wonderful to see everyone working together seamlessly with the Doctor doing some occasional coaching and adjusting in a kind and calm manner. I was so impressed by the entire team which attended to me. I have to go back in two weeks for a follow up and I’m a little less nervous now. Thank you so much.
