Let me first say I've met Dr. Weinstein for an annual last year and liked his no nonsense attitude. Fast forward a year, it's taken us almost 2 years, 80 + shots, x procedures, fail after fail pregnancy test to finally be pregnant from IVF through our Fertility specialist. I called Dr. Weinstein's office to set up my next appointment OBGYN as I'm 10 weeks pregnant. 11/10/2021- I'm sorry we can't set up your appointment until we have your medical history from your fertility specialist.......No problem, my fertility specialist is working on this. Fertility specialist faxed over paperwork on 11/12. 11/15/2021 - I'm sorry can you please hold while I look for your paperwork. 9 minutes later... Ma'am I don't have your medical paperwork and I can't schedule your appointment until we do........ no problem let me call my fertility specialist again. Fertility specialist faxed over paperwork on 11/16. 11/19/2021- I'm sorry can you please hold. 5 minutes later .... ma'am I don't have your paperwork......,, me, wow.... the whole 2 years at my fertility specialist they have not dropped the ball. This is weird. Fertility specialist faxed over paperwork on 11/19. 11/23/2021- Yes, we have received your medical records , but I am sorry I can't schedule your appointment until our office manager has reviewed them. She's out for the rest of the week so follow back up with us next Wednesday. (That's over a week to review what? That I've been through hell and back to get pregnant with no explanation) I am a part of an IVF fertility group in our local area and I asked them is this standard practice from your OBGYN to have to wait to get reviewed for an appt? Not one has had this "protocol" experience at their OBGYN's office. We have great insurance. No late bills, I've always been extremely kind to the staff even through all of the mishaps and here I sit waiting for an appointment that I don't think I'll get. Ill help your office out! If you are an IVF patient or gone to a fertility specialist, go elsewhere. They don't want your business.

Dr Weinstein did an excellent job of inserting 2 stents. He informed me along the way what he was doing and showed before and after results. After the procedure, he took the time to call me wife, who was very impressed with his ability to explain the procedure and answered all her questions in a non- condescending way. Great Job.

Dr. Weinstein is very patient, thorough, and pleasant! The office staff is very organized; I was given reminders about appointments with detailed information about testing requirements.

The office staff in Commack was very pleasant. The only complaint was when I went for my echo, I was not called back with the results, I had to call to get them.

Muy contenta y agradecida con El Dr Jonathan Weinstein así como con su quipo de trabajo, por todas sus atenciones, y explicándome todo sobre mi problema y buscando él la manera para la solución que tenía en mi matriz, sintiéndome como de familia, una gran Doctor,y siguiendo su ética profesional y su gran corazón... tuve todo el apoyo de él y de Jacky su asistente... y que guiado por Dios hizo un muy buen trabajo con mi cirugia, teniendo su apoyo en todo momento desde el día que fui a su consultorio por primera vez supe que Dios lo había puesto en mi camino Quiero Ageadecerle incondicionalmente y se que Dios le va a seguir bendiciendo a él y a su familia por la gran persona que es como médico y como persona sin hacer excepción por ser yo Hispana ... Dios lo bendiga por siempre!!!!

Was a fantastic Dr. I had 99% blockage and an old stent. Inserted 3 new stents. Was very caring and efficient. Explained everything along the way. Made me very comfortable and confident.

I am a patient since moving to Texas in 2016. I love the practice. Dr. Tara Kraf is such a amazing doctor. She makes all of the appointments go smooth & no stress. Her personality definitely helps people such as myself who may be a little anxious about OB/GYNs. Definitely recommend this practice as everyone is friendly and helpful!- Justy
