this is a bad agency, I don't recommend them. Aids are always late, they don't speak English and don't understand what your saying. You are not treated with care. Sometimes they don't show up at all. They are always on there cell phone most of the time. Some of them lay down on the couch and sleep. I could say a lot more but i said enough for you to decide for yourself.

Always Compassionate is now the new owners of Mid Hudson Managed Home Care. And the very first thing they have done ✔ is to drop the payrate of their live in aides. What's next? In one week there are three different payrate Sunday, Monday and Tuesday is one rate. Wednesday is a different rate Thursday Friday and Saturday is a different rate how slick.

They've taken care of my mom for over 2 years and have been wonderful. The aides that work with them care about my mom and really help with her daily routines. Their people always seem willing to help and understand my mom and our family.
