I had a great experience with my specific provider but I do not recommend WellQor services. I’ve had numerous issues with billing and scheduling. Had to speak with the CEO, David, to have my issues resolved because the VP, Linnea, was shouting at me on the phone over a billing issue. Received text messages asking me to make large payments on bills I had already paid through their payment system and was told it was just an automated message. If you have any issues ask to speak with David, he is great! Edit: In response to the reply from the company, my concern was not with making my payments. My concerns involved a VP, Linnea, sending me incorrect information and shouting at me over the phone. She demanded I was going to make a payment on the spot before she answered my questions about my services. This issue had to be escalated to the CEO, David, who apologized for her behavior and calmly answered my questions and took my payment. I was also sent a message asking for a large sum of money that I had already made payments on. When I showed proof this was already paid, they said this was an automated message and apologized for the mistake because they are a smaller company. I am leaving an honest review on services received, not complaining over paying bills. I would hate to see a loved one treated the way I was.

I tried to hire this place to help with my son and my relationship……the only thing I got from these people were bills, including 2 “no show” charges. Be very careful!
