The staff at Dr. Brown's ,Lynbrook office are completely incompetent and dishonest. I was told I had to go to their facility for pre surg testing, paying nearly $100 when I could in fact go to my own Dr. And that's when they bother to answer phone. Never again.

Upon first arriving we where told dr brown was running an hour behind. After waiting over an hour we overheard nurse telling a patient dr brown canceled all the rest of his appointments. Only than did my husband go up to inquire about what we heard and was then told he can see a PA. We would have still been sitting there. No courtesy given to let patients no what’s going on. People started walking out. Yet those that were walk ins were taken right away.

I had surgery with Dr. Brown. Everything went quickly and smoothly. He was extremely thorough. Booking an appointment and surgery with him was very simple . He made the whole process very easy and non stressful. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr.Brown is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand in January this year - an absolutely flawless and painless experience. Today he treated my right hand - and I am so happy to have no pain anymore. Thank you Dr.Brown for taking care of us in such a professional and comfortable way! We highly recommend Dr.Brown!

I’m thankful to have been under the amazing care of Dr. Brown. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly. All my questions and doubts were answered immediately. After being informed about my injury i was more than ready to go into surgery. From the first consultation to surgery day i not once felt doubtful that he knew what he was doing. I was treated by the most amazing staff and he was always making sure he himself kept my family and i informed of what was going on. Everything went more than perfect during my surgery. Thanks to him I’m now on my way to a speedy recovery!!

Went to see Dr Brown last night and I haven’t had a visit with a doctor like that in years.Hes probably one if the most caring and compassionate doctor s. I’ve seen.He didn’t rush me He listenened and he took the time to try and figure out a plan and what could be the problem. Thank you Dr Ticker for sending me to him. I do recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a hand specialist or elbow ect. Thank god I found him. And the reception on the way out Angela is a doll. Lisa Brady
