Doctor tesser & his receptionist are disgustingly rude & very unprofessional. I would never step foot into his office again, nor trust him with any type of procedure.

My daughters face was cut during the c section, very close to her eye. We were exhausted when they brought Tesser in and convinced us stitches were necessary. They took our new born, put 4 stitches in. Then charged our insurance 12.5k, insurance paid 10k, then harassed us for the remaining 2.5k. My daughter still has a scar from the C-section scalpel, and now also has 4 scars from the stitches.

Don’t go to he’s office. He’s a fraud. After accepting the payment from two insurances. He send me to collection for $17000. Never informed me that he didn’t accept our insurances. Be careful

Tesser did a great job with my sons ear /cartilage tear. I was told he took our insurance and keep getting billed $12,500 . Very unhappy about Lying about taking our insurance in an emergency situation and then post billing procedures

I never met the Dr went to the ER for some stitches in my hand got an invoice today and even though my insurance paid and I immediately took care of the co pay I am being billed an additional 29,000 DOLLARS for a very simple procedure the cost of the procedure was never discussed The invoice received was more like a collection notice than a bill Obviously this practice has done this before as I ...

What an amazing doctor! My son was injured and needed stitches immediately. Dr. Tesser on his day off met us at the ER and stitched him up right away. He is soft spoken, patient, informative, and very professional. He really goes above and beyond for his patients. Highly recommended!

A caring doctor who saw my husband on an emergency basis. We were so grateful that he took care of my husband's hand. We only met one member of his office staff, but she was very pleasant and efficient as well.

Dr Tesser charged me over $25,000 for a procedure lasting less less than ten minutes. This was in the ER. There were two principle cuts on my forehead and nose. There was no information provided about the EXTREME costs. And now, one year later, the scars are becoming only increasingly evident. I am happy to send pictures. I highly recommend against this provider.

We saw Dr Tesser at the Long Beach South Nassau Emergency Dept two weeks ago..he was very patient with my 9yo son who needed stitches on his elbow. Answered all of our questions and was super nice. We visited his office 2 times for follow ups, it’s a beautiful office, and he was still just as nice. He even called me back himself when i had a billing question. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
