100% happy with Dr Tsomos's care. She is truly helping me in keeping my thyroid (a continuation from my last doctor) and blood sugar under control. She is understanding, non-judgemental, and actually listens.

Dr. Tsomos was understanding and communicated efficiently and clearly, but her office is lacking both professionalism and empathy. The week of my dad’s new patient appointment, they cancelled with no dates offered to reschedule. Nine days after his cancelled appointment, he had an urgent endocrinologic issue for which I was told he could be squeezed in a month later. When I reiterated the urgency of the situation, I was given attitude about how difficult it is to get a new patient appointment. You’re the one who put us in this situation when YOU cancelled his appointment. And, yes, I do know how difficult it is to get a new patient appointment. Thanks.
