Worst office management ever. Made an appointment with the RVC hematology. Was sent an email with paperwork and a fax number to send bloodwork results. After a week of not hearing about bloodwork results it turns out they had me send them to Merrick not RVC. And needed me to resend them. They could not get them(SAME OFFICE) I had to call my Dr. again! I was seen in the office 8 days ago Was told they would call me with results of blood tests and to set up transfusion. NO CONTACT FROM THEM. I have called 4 times and gotten no where. WHO DOES THIS???????? Save your time and go some where else. And the girls that answer the phone... Take some etiquette classes.

I love the doctors here. They are compassionate, professional, and supportive. The staff are always friendly and the care here is excellent.

Filled out an hour worth of paperwork, paid for my visit in advance, $4,000+ charged to my insurance for blood work, then billed me twice. After all of this, no conclusive diagnosis, no prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I followed up 3 times and doctor wasn't available. The assistant then told me to go and buy Vitamin B12 off the counter. Terrible experience. Their doctors don't care, don't answer questions. Stay away!!!!

This is by far the WORST place you can ever go to if you need help . The doctor I went to did NOTHING for my condition which could have easily been solved . I went back and forth for 4 months and no progress . Just prescriptions of medicine I didn’t need and unnecessary testing and surgeries just to get NO results in the end. Please if you need a gastroenterologist do NOT go here they are just out for money they do not care about your health . Shame shame shame !!!

Dr. Tandon is very thorough and caring. The front desk staff is nice, too! Timely appts and short wait time. Good doctor! Highly reccomend!

That one review must have been a person they didnt screw up the appointment on. I waited a whole week for mine only to be told to go home and come back an additional week later. AND I was IN the office three days prior Talking to the girl about my Appointment two days later and giving her ALL my info. WTH??????? How do you screw up the number 7 with a 14????
