I called the office today at 2:25pm on the advise of my OBGYN to see if I am due a colonoscopy as my last one was 3 years ago . For whatever reason the young lady that answered the phone was aggressive , curt and brash. If you don’t possess customer service skills you should not be the answering the phones . It’s bad for biz as you are the first impression for that comany and if your so unprofessional that will turn the caller off from pursuing continuous or new biz with the firm .
