I went to this urgent care was my worst experience ever think the doctor was Maddie well I wouldnt know except for the bill. I was in excruciating pain. she didn't assist except to tell me that she thinks I was having whatever it was but she couldn't tell as they didn't hv an ultrasound machine. was a traumatic experience I will never forget the day. she was not empathetic again she did not offer medical attention. except to say I can't help. this isn't how doctors are suppose to be I have been to enough. I am notbsure if it was another woman in that situation how she would help but I didn't get that. but yet you people had the audacity to charge. and I would've fought it but heck going through something so painful who has time for that. no one should go to this place

Amazing service!!! The virtual reservation system was so efficient..I literally drove up walk up to front desk straight to the back, tested and exit! All in less than 15mins. The health team were pleasant and efficient..could not ask for a better experience! I highly recommend!

The girl who took my test was so sweet and funny. I had a very positive experience, in and out within 5 minutes and got my test results within 17 hours. Thank you so much!

I reserved online on Tuesday 1/12/22. I received updates via text continuously. If you need more time you text back M, which is what happened in my case. I received the extra 10 minutes and when I got there I was registered quickly. It took less than 5 minutes to be seen for a COVID Test. The front desk staff are super courteous and friendly. Great Job ladies

You should put out another options on the text messages, like different reason of your visit, not only for covid test or antibodies; sometimes the wait time is too long and no everyone goes there to get the covid test.
