Everything was easy and prompt today! From scheduling a same-day sick visit, to seeing the doctor, to getting test results. Dr. Lynch was excellent. So nice the office does their PCR strep tests right onsite so we had our results in 20 minutes, and no longer have to wait days for strep culture to come back. Very pleased!

I went to urgent care for pain in my calf and knee. They did x-xrays and sent me home with an ace bandage for my "sprained knee". When the pain got worse I went to harris hospital emergency room. They did the correct tests based on my symptoms and found a blood clot. A blood clot. Crystal run sent me home with a blood clot. Do not go here. They could literally kill you.

This is the worst place, the nurse dont get back you , they dont follow up. You have be calling for result, this place need to shape up. I dont know if its because of lack staff. Something is not right with their service.

I have been going to this place for years. They are a Medical Mill. They have the worst customer service, keeping you waiting on the phone for 20 Minutes or more to make an appointment or speak to someone. This is every time. Try for yourself. Recently, without informing me, they canceled my appointment without telling me because they decided to stop taking Workers Comp. The sent me no notification of the cancellation or that they no longer took my insurance. When I ran out of my medication for my injury, they no longer can help me. Basically, I was told to call another doctor. Problem is, all of the other local doctors are either no longer taking new patients due to the influx of Crystal run patients, BTW, they don’t take Medicare either now so unless you have an insurance company who considers them in-Network, they tossed you to the wind. The Tuetlebaums are a joke. I have made sure to change all of my doctors with them. I also was seeing them for in-network Heath issues as well, but they lost me altogether. Albeit most of my doctors were usually very nice and compassionate, Crystal Run itself is a complete waste of time. Run far and run fast from this money hungry medical Mill. That’s all they apparently care about.

I’d give them no stars if I could. This place is the worst fast food chain of health care available in this area. Forget calling this number. You’ll never get through. It rings then it hangs up on you. Requesting a call back takes days and then they schedule telehealth appointments and never send the link to connect. We finally switched health care providers because this place is a joke.
