List of David Lowenkron's Reviews
He has been my heart doctor for many years and I recommend him highly.
I was in the hospital with chest pain and I heard him tell the nurse that I wasn't his patient even though I had seen him 2 weeks before and was a patient for over a year! If you are a female, go to someone else. He doesn't listen or care.
Dr. Lowenkronis an excellent cardiologist. I have beeen his patient for about 11/2 years. During that time, my blood pressure has stabalized below 120/80 and I have had a normal stress test.
This "doctor" does not look beyond the basic tests. If you are having severe chest pain, see a different doctor. Also, his office is old and dirty.
Dr Lowenkron has been my husband's excellent cardiologist for many years now. He has been a steady source of thoughtful care and advice and seen us through some emergencies. He's compassionate, thorough and highly competent. He takes the time to fully explain his treatment ideas and is attentive. He looks at the heart condition in the context of the patient's whole life and lifestyle instead of as a thing unto itself. He reviews progress on medications so you don't end up taking unnecessary things. We have complete confidence in Dr Lowenkron and highly recommend him.
Because of this "doctor's" ineptitude to diagnose a 99% blockage, I now have cardiac damage due to a heart attack.
I saw him a week before I was having a heart attack an my blood pressure 180 over 115. He tells he can't give blood pressure medicine an come back in two weeks. This one week before my new appointment I land up in the hospital bp. 220 over 120. Cause of I never got bp. Medicine from the Dr. Now I am hypertension 2.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
