The only doctor who helped my heel spur

Went in to see this doctor for a rash on my face. I had told him which cream that I used to help with it which a friend had given me with their child having similar issue. The doctor told me that cream was not meant for the face even though it helped me and I know two other people using it successfully on their face. He prescribed me a "better cream" which turned out to be hydrocortisone which they sell over the counter. It obviously didn't work and now he won't give me anything else unless I come back to see him. What a scam artist!!!! I'm out about $75 between the appointment and the script and now have to wait another 3-4 weeks for another appointment that I have to pay for!!!! Would not use this guy!!!!
