Edward Croen Md's Online Review Report Card

I had Colonoscopy done with Dr. Croen at 95 Crystal run Health. All went good and specially staff members are so delightful. Dr Croen is very professional for the procedure. If any improvement needs are scheduling and lobby. I waited lobby over an hour from my appointment time. Lobby waiting area is kinda old and needs refreshments however inside of facility is very clean.

Nice guy but could care less about his patient. Do not recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Croen's for 10 years and have always found him helpful and reassuring. He takes time talking with his patients and is thorough. I highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Croen for the past 10+ years. I have had multiple endoscopies and I never had any issues. He is thorough in his assessments and when giving results to procedures.

What a Nightmare

I would have gave a 0 for many reason but number 1 reason that this joke of a doctor gets one star because I was in the hospital with serious issues and they told me that doctor Crone was the best you could see. This was clearly false. I went to see him and pretty much all he had to say was because I smoke cannabis that was the root to ALL of my probelms. And then let me on my way. 400$ for that. THEN after that I had to get and upper endoscopy from him and that was on November 24 it is now January 2nd and I just had an colonoscopy and a handful of other test and I'm still waiting for resolves from Nov. 24. We called every single week my primary doctor called them my new GI called them and this man was ingnoring us. He never called us back with any resolves and every time we called he would never get back to us. He was a super nice guy but honestly really sicken me that someone who is so highly looked at by other doctors and he is a "5 start* doctor and he just tell you that oh because you smoke cannabis you are always nauseous your stomach and chest always hurt, you don't have any appetite and other things because I smoke. I smoke because without it I would probly never eat or be able to work. Went to a new doctor they ran more then a handful of test and found out that stomach isn't emptying right and this is causing acid and stuff I eat or drink to just sit at the top of my stomch and is way I always feel nausus and throw up. I hope he reads this and next time someone tells him they smoke cannabis he will actually try and help them instead of telling them the ONE THING THAT MAKES THEM FEEL LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN THAT CAN EAT AND FUNCTION CORRECTLY. instead of being in bed all day feeling sick to there stomach not being able to go to work because when they do they get send home for being sick. He really made me feel like it was my fault for all theses issues and he legit spend like 5-7 minutes in the room that's it and after that he could tell me with 110% that this was why I am the way I am, super disappointed would have gave a 0 if I could. I hope this review helps someone
