I cannot say enough about Dr. Nair. She is so caring, empathetic and sincere. She responds to calls, takes the time to answer questions. So happy I found her!

I love dr nair. I was going to another ID dr and wasn’t getting the care I needed. I ended up in ORMC for a week and every day she came in to see me and made sure I was going fine. I would recommend her to anyone of my family members or friends She’s understanding and loves her job and her patients. She’s very smart and when I came in my Pulmonary doctor didn’t understand the Severity of my disease. I developed a rare lung disease 3 years ago and ended up on oxygen then and every year I am put on 3 different medications for it. I had to have an emergency endoscopy where I had to have my lungs cleared of mucus (happens every year ) a procedure that was supposed to take 5 mins turned into 2 hrs.. my Pulmonary doctor wanted to wait 6 weeks for the biopsy to come back to put me on these meds but dr nair knew right away that I needed to be put on these meds and I am so glad that she made that call because I have been dealing with my other disease since I was born and I know my body . I am so happy that she listens to her patients and is very understanding.. like I said I would recommend her to anyone if u need an ID dr she’s the one to go to and I been to a lot of drs by far she’s the most amazing 😉 I am so glad I made this decision and I hope you all do too.. dr nair thank you for believing in me when no one else did your an amazing person and lovely to be around.

Dr. Nair is a fantastic ID and I would recommend her to anyone. This woman is not only highly educated (as most doctors are) she is incredibly personable. When I was diagnosed it was a tough thing to go through. I had gone to a previous doctor but I wasn't a fan of his methods, so I decided to try Dr. Nair. I live in Newburgh and was a bit annoyed when I had to drive all the way out to Warwick to see her the first time, but her attitude was so genuine and sweet that the trip was a non factor. Most doctors seem to look at me as just another case, but Dr. Nair looked at me like a person when even I didn't feel like I deserved to be treated that way. From what I've gathered about Dr. Nair's other reviews I guess you should look elsewhere if you think you have Lyme? Regardless, for anything and everything else, I'd trust her to treat my diseases effectively and personally. I'd trust her in treating my parents and my future children. TL;DR she's great and you should see her if you're looking for an ID

Dr. Nair saved my life!! I went to her office exceptionally ill after my GP poo pooed me and she performed every test possible. We presumed Lyme although it never showed in blood work. There are 14 serious diseases that come with the Lyme tick 4 f which can kill you. Lyme can also travel to your brain and cartilage where antibiotics do not reach. It also has a 21 day incubation period so if they take you off AB's too soon it will resurface hence the myth you have it for life. Although you may have the damage for life. Dr. Nair ordered the Western Blot test that most GP's will not order. She also explained that both tests have a low percentage of accuracy. She Had my husband drive me immediately to OCRMC where I proceeded to slip into a comma. She ordered a designer antibiotic to be administered by phone the staff was waiting and ready when I walked in the door. A spinal tap was also ordered to define the disease of unknown origin. no positive results. If not for her persistence and vast knowledge of Lyme and other diseases I most probably would not be here right now. She is ACES in my book!

She has been my saving grace I love her my husband has had multiple infections do to medical complications she has saved his life several times I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone she is absolutely the best

She told me I was cured from Lyme disease because, it was caught early.went to my primary Dr. Today.Once you have Lyme disease you have it for life.very upsetting news.

Would give a 1 star, but she wasn’t the only person to tell me this so this must be a widespread problem and lack of knowledge in the field as a whole. After suffering with health problem after health problem for many years and receiving test after test that showed nothing, I had become convinced I had Lyme Disease. I had done hours of research and learned about how inaccurate the testing is. When I brought this up to her she shot it down immediately and told me if I had it for this long it definitely would have shown up. I had done by research and new that this was opposite of the truth and the longer you have it the less likely you are to test positive. Instead she tested me for diseases that were nearly impossible for me to have contracted. Luckily I didn’t listen to her and went to a Lyme specialist who did diagnose me with Lyme.
