Dr Schwalb is ok. I can not reiterate how rude his receptionist is. Unprofessional and insulting. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A DR. OFFICE

Dr. Schwalb was fine. However, I arrived as instructed with 36 ounces water in me. I was ready for the flow test. There is one device and a grumpy person guarding it. She told me I would have to wait. When I explained that it was getting dire, she barked that she did not make the schedule and there were three other people. Then, my payment was applied to another patient's account and I received his appointments...HIPPA violations. The medical treatment was fine, the office needs work.

Dr. Schwalb is the most caring and devoted doctor! The staff is amazing!! We feel very trusted to be under his care! Explains everything thoroughly with the utmost patience and respect

Can't speak to the quality of the doctor's work because his front desk person was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional!! Shame. Old broad behind counter is yelling at people on phone. I'm ashamed to be here

Took a blood test and never called me to let me know about the results going on two mouths now and when you call the office you get this short answering service “no one is in the office at this time” no message no forward.

I came to Dr. Schwalb to diagnose why I keep getting UTIs, thank God I did. Dr. Schwalb found that I had Kidney Cancer. With out his thorough and professional care, I wouldn't be here. AND I was able to keep both kidneys! I owe this man my life. His front office staff is great. No nonsense, straight forward, and well organized. I highly recommend them if you have any urological health needs.
