Made appointment to be seen after not feeling well for several (5) days to be tested for Covid, I get there 15 minutes before appointment to not be late. I was told a two hour wait for a room to be seen. Two and a half hours after my original appointment time later, I was called into office after being made to wait in the car. It took 15 minutes total time to be seen! Appointment is worthless and they just stack up the people being tested while others going in for non urgent care walk in and seen within a short period of time! I will never use this facility again! Total joke! Stop using this facility and when business drops off they may then start treating people right instead of cattle.They replied saying they had sick patients that they were also taking care of!?!? What was I ??? I was very sick and needed to be seen but waiting over 2 hours 45 minutes in my car while others came in and out in 20 minutes! Really what nonsense is this!!! DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!!! Unprofessional!!!
Try to avoid as much as possible. I went in for pain in my achilles (I was limping). I was misdiagnosed, never given a referral to a specialist, and told I could continue my routine as normal. After a week the limp became a lot worse and I couldn't bear weight on it. They were nice people (well some of them) and I don’t wish them ill. Had I gone with a more serious concern that they didn’t properly address the outcome could have been much worse.
No consideration or hospitality shown in any staff.Disgusted. My boyfriend went in tremendous pain, explained his personal problem thinking they would be able to help him right away.. they told him to have a seatand fill out paperwork After making the decision to stay they told him that they won't have the proper equipment to see him. So had he paid it would have been for nothing. We left and won't be returning.
I took back my 5 star rating, the first time I went to this facility I was having an asthma attack and they acted quickly. I was taken care of immediately, which was great. This has not been the case for my last two visits. My second to last visit they refused to see me even though I was really sick because I had a balance I was unaware of(they never contacted me about any balances owed by phone or mail). It's horrible your facility is an urgent care but all that is actually cared about is money, they don't care about their patients at all. So on to my last visit yesterday, I went in because I wasn't feeling well but the doctor I saw treated me like covid was the only thing I could have. I understand there is a pandemic but I went to urgent care to get treatment not just have a doctor assume something and move on. There was no further diagnosis nothing, I did need a covid test to be able to return to work but I still needed to be treated and I definitely wasn't. It seems I was lucky to get one good experience because the last two experiences have been horrendous.
When going online, it states no appointment needed for work related Covid testing. All appointments are taken for the next 2 days (which is fine, given we're in the middle of a pandemic), and will not allow you to make an appointment further out. Due to all this, I Walk-in, and I am turned away due to I have no symptoms or appointment. I can not go back to work unless I am tested, because I live with someone who tested positive. Point of complaint is you guys need to either change your advertising, work on appointment scheduling, or get everyone on the same page as to what you offer.
DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT ALL DAY FOR A TEST absolutely horrible experience all the nurses are rude and dont even bother to double check the phone number either. i had an appt for 10:45 and they NEVER even called me i had to COME INTO the building and complain for them to go back and i see that they completely SKIPPED over me its now 12 and im STILL WAITING for my test which also costs $40. Id rather take the l and go ANYWHERE ELSE or not even anywhere at all then this place again. PLEASE do not waste your time or your money and find a different facility for testing
Number 1, I had my daughter come here to get tested and guess what? They don't introduce themselves which isn't professional in my opinion. The room wasn't clean and you say you take covid protocols. Hmmm. They never asked my daughter if she's on any medication prior to coming here. No paper on the exam tables. The doctor or whoever saw my daughter and even after a half an hour she still wasn't tested. We should have went to Middletown Medical or Crystal Run healthcareThey don't know how to submit anything to the insurance company?It gets better someone knocks on the door and asks my daughter what her name is and she tells them next they ask what she's there for? How incompetent are you here?
Wife had scheduled Covid test and had to wait in the car 2.5 hours. Reasonable delays are to be expected but they should at least inform people if scheduling changes

Awful experience! I had called ahead on the phone and looked on the website where they both stated no appointment required and walk ins were available. When I went in for a walk in, one of the ladies doing the screenings said they didn’t do walk ins and I needed an appointment. I simply said that I had called ahead and an elderly women stated she had seen on the website walk ins were welcome as well. Well this lady yelled that we must not have thoroughly read the website because she knows for a fact it doesn’t say that. (although it does) The elderly women stated she wasn’t there to fight with the women and I left with a bitter taste in my mouth for this location. The workers need some hospitality training or just to learn some basic kindness. I will never use this urgent care again or recommend to anyone.
new patient, filled out paperwork, was told to go wait in my car because they are not allowing people to sit and wait in the lobby. fair enough. the snotty woman behind the counter did not bother to verify my phone number or tell me very much.almost two and a half hours later when I called them, they wondered why I wasn't already told to come in. no explanation, no apology, just the directive to walk in at that moment.if this was the last urgent Care office on Earth I still wouldn't ever step foot in there again.
Professional and friendly staff during this pandemic. Met with doctor who also was informative and took time to answer my questions! First time visit would definitely use again in the future.
We waited 5+ hours for Covid testing. And that was WITH an appointment! I will never come back here again. Although the nurse was friendly the exam room was not clean at all!
I went here for a covid test and the wait was over an hour even though I made an appointment. Do not go here. Find somewhere else to get tested and it will be better than this place.
Rude on the phone not understanding or helpful at all. Good luck people Oh by the way elite medical in Monroe was great I went today and was in and out in literally 3 minutes for a COVID test and got my results in 15 min give them a call. And the receptionist actually treated me like a person and not an inconvenience. 👍🏼👍🏼
I am extremely upset with my experience today. I tried calling before going and couldn’t get through and the automated system says walk ins welcome. It does NOT say not to get tested if I’m symptomatic. Went in one door and they told me to go two doors down, they didn’t advise me to leave. Go two doors down and I was scolded for coming in to get a Covid test because my husband was positive and was told I am spreading the disease. Merry Christmas to your nasty staff too. Not a pleasant experience.
The Covid testing was a joke at best and dangerous at worst. Even though I had an appointment I arrived and was told it was a two hour wait in an airless room with a dozen people standing around. Someone tried to crash the line saying their mother had recently died of Covid and now they had a sore throat. I left immediately without getting tested. Ridiculous and dangerous incompetence!
I waited an hour for a covid test that I had scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and when they finally let me in the nurses were very hostile and nasty. I do not recommend going to this place to get tested.
I understand there is pandemic and a lot of sick people. However, when you are up at midnight to schedule an appointment 2 days in advance for a rapid covid test and you show up on time. And they tell you there are 37 people ahead of you. There should be a disclaimer that your appointment will not be on time, you will be seen in order you got to the building. WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE NO APPOINTMENT! Very frustrating to have an appointment but not really have an appointment!!! The definition of appointment is “to meet at a certain time” not show up and wait in line like you don’t have an appointment. It kind of defeats the purpose of making the appointment 😡😡 my appointment was at 11am, I got called in at 1:35. 2.5 hours waiting in a car when you had an appointment is absolutely ridiculous 😡
I recommend to give better training in customer service and support because I am not to happy with the receptionist service over the phone, and in person. I understand it is overwhelming with high demand of test to be done on daily basis, but the consumer paid the consequences being very difficult to schedule the appointments, and to get the correct information. My husband lost his travel because his test results were not ready yet. We tried to make the appointment more than a week in advance without luck.
