I have been going to Dr Chevaliers office for about 15 years. His knowledge and expertise with skin enhancement products such as Botox , Juvederm among others is truly unmatched by other Plastic Surgeons in the area . I can always rely on a truthful response from the doctor to all my questions. Dr Chevalier has never pushed procedures or product on me for the sake of making a sale . In over 15 years I have never had an adverse reaction to any procedure he has performed for me . Also , I can not say enough kind words about the doctors office staff. The ladies who work in the front office , who I have also known for over 15 years of going to the doctor are alway professional , kind and humorous. It says a lot about any office or professional who can retain the same employees for such a length of time . I trust Dr Chevalier and above all else , that is the most important aspect when choosing a doctor .

A wise, experienced and helpful doctor

Dr Chevalier is just the best. He is an expert in what he does. His work is precise and makes it so its not obvious you had anything done. He is honest and straight to the point. Doesn't try to upsell or pressure you into anything. If anything he would steer you away if he really thought it was not right. If you are looking for work that is obvious overdone and fake looking he would not be your guy. I have been working with him for years and still to this day tell everyone he is the one to see.

Dr. Chevalier is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. His staff, Megan and Sarah.are so sweet. I have had a number of procedures with him and would highly recommend his office to anyone.

I had breast reduction and the entire experience was positive. His goal was to keep me over night and send me home with no drains. Mission accomplished. I am more symmetrical then I was prior and the reduction results, I am very happy with. His staff and Garnet hospital were all awesome. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr. Chevalier for a consult and I left there feeling confident that he was the right surgeon for me. He was thorough in his explanation and answered all of my questions. Needless to say, I scheduled my appointment with him and I was very happy with the results. He did an excellent job on me and I highly recommend him. The girls at the front desk, Meagan and Sarah, are very sweet and helpful. The office is outdated but don't let that deter you from making your decision. Dr. Chevalier is an excellent doctor.

While Dr. Chevalier was a professional and had good bedside manner, something else could be said of the staff that works in the billing department. The procedure itself took something in the neighborhood of 15 minutes but cost myself and in the insurance company what would be a new car. When asked about a bill that rolled in nearly 4 months later, the billing department response was that if you have a question about the billing and what the hospital covered speak to the insurance company. don't mind paying the additional amount but why does it seem that the hospital and doctor would charge for the exact same thing??? telling me they don't know why the charge is on both billing statements is not a good answer

Dr. Chevalier is an amazing doctor, has Great bedside manner and personality, with a sense of humor Which I truly appreciate. His front office Megan and Sarah are probably the best in any field I've seen so far. Dr. Chevalier and these 2 ladies respond so quickly to paperwork Even my insurance company Hartford noticed how quickly paperwork was submitted. That is saying a lot in itself.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Dr. Chevalier. I went to a consultation after explaining to the receptionist (the kind women of the office are really the only reason for 2 stars) that I was looking for a breast lift, possible reduction. I was a big over producer when breastfeeding and my breasts remained large but deflated and I've suffered from large breasts, back pain, neck pain, etc from a very young age. Dr. Chevalier almost immediately dismissed my pain, by saying he has scoliosis as well so that wasn't a good reason to get a breast reduction. I explained how I had a back brace for over 5 years and attempted chiropractor/PT for a while. He kept explaining the technicalities of the procedures, without actually making any professional recommendations of what I should get for my desired results. He kept talking over me and asking me to convince him I need a reduction even though I was just doing exactly what his receptionists told me to do. I wasn't actively trying to get anything covered, I just wanted to have certain results and if insurance were to cover it as well as help my symptoms, I would be grateful. But that I wanted to get specific results, regardless of coverage. I even mentioned a tummy tuck and he completely disregarded that and kept going back to the reduction. Just feels like they want insurance to pay, even though I was fully and ready to pay for everything myself. This kept going around in circles, I asked him for his specific/personal recommendation based on the results I told him I wanted and he kept going back to the reduction and insurance. I really wanted to like him because my mom as well as others ranted and raved about him but I felt so disrespected and not listened to. He apologized when I told him this but the consultation already felt like a dead end. Very disappointed.
