I've been going to Dr Napchan for several years, and he's always been understanding of my needs. He actually listens to what I have to say, and doesn't dismiss my concerns. I have since moved to Texas, yet I still make annual visits to see Dr Napchan. Whenever I have called him from Texas, he has always called me back in a timely manner, and always addresses my needs. I would highly recommend Dr Napchan for anyone who has any type of headaches. He has been a lifesaver for me, and I will continue seeing him.

I would post Zero stars if I could-Dr. Napchan almost paralyzed my husband two years ago. A week before my husbands emergency Nero spine surgery, Napchan told me to handcuff my husband to a hospital bed in the emergency room and demand a patient advocate to help him bcz he could not. He told my husband he had arthritis in his spine and to “buck up cowboy”...he had an exploded disc which was indicted on an MRI from 6 months earlier and it just kept worsening until my husband could not move without unreal horrible pain 24/7After the emergency surgery, the Nero surgeon told him he survived a near quadriplegic episode!I WOULD NOT BRING MY LAUNDRY TO THIS HORRIBLE MAN!💥UPDATE— 4 years out from Emergency Surgery performed by another Surgeon- plus a second surgery to remove bone fragments a year after the first.... my husband has been declared Disabled. Every day is a struggle. This “Doctor” took his ability to live normally. A reputable Doctor that would not go on record, told me that he received 3rd world healthcare by his previous Doctor’s - PLURAL. Unfortunately, We have since figured out that the system protects the offender... and not the injured, damaged by pure negligence.I was told my husband would be a millionaire if he sued this practice, but then was told bcz I was able to get him help before his ability to walk was permanent... it’s not worth a dime.His inability to recover and assume normal life has no bearing or value ... bcz I was able to find him help before his spinal cord was severed.... Case is not worth a dime and this moron gets to continue to “treat patients”.⭐️BE YOUR OWN PATIENT ADVOCATE!Here and where ever you seek help. Ask questions and do not settle until someone hears you! Scream if you have too. You know your Body! Unfortunately, that might be the only way you get help. There are “Good Doctor’s” out there.... just not here.

I have been elsewhere and im happy with Dr. Napchan because he listens and tries to find solutions to my specific needs. Not by textbook like so many doctors do. I have recommended him to others.

This is one of the few neurologists who actually listened to me in the last 30 years. I have suffered from near daily migraines for almost 30 years. Dr. Napchan is always willing to discuss new treatment options including medication, Botox shots, acupuncture, etc. Anything that helps. His office staff are all kind and courteous.

I like Dr. Napchan. He always listens to my concerns. I was having so much hand pain in my hands. The meds he prescribed alleviated a lot of the pain.

Dr. Napchan is a lifesaver for my headaches and pains! He is always so kind and has excellent bedside manners. He is always willing to work with me to find the best possible solution for my headaches.
