This Dr was referred to me by a former colleague of hers, who had been mentored by her in the Bronx I moved to Middletown in August 2013 and I immediately wanted her as my Cardiologist. Personable, thorough, professional, caring and easily relates to her patients. It's always worth the wait to see her. I've recommended her to more than 10 friends and family.

Dr Winchester-Penny is hands down the best doctor I've been to. She makes sure to spend as much time as she needs with you, as a result her wait times arent the best but I promise you it is WELL worth it. It's a doctor's visit and educational experience as well. Never have I ever had a doctor who listens so well and actually takes the time out to explain the charts and diagnosis' like sh does. I walk out of there not only feeling better about my condition, but well informed.
