Yvonne Newland-Pagan's Online Review Report Card

Our daughter (1mo) was referred to an ENT for possible tongue tie. From the very beginning of the appointment the doctor was short and seemingly annoyed as though we were wasting her time. She didn't even examine our daughter, just asked us the reason for the visit and then spoke/behaved skeptically and rudely to us when we answered her questions. She was arrogant and dismissive. We understood that our daughter might not have tongue tie (we were there for an evaluation, after all) but she made us feel stupid for even thinking it might be the case, without even looking at out daughter for a si gle second.Her mask was hanging off of her face, and the equipment in the room was very dated, which added to our unease about letting her examine and treat our daughter. We walked out of the appointment and will not be returning.

Dr. Newland-Pagan was wonderful with my daughter. She’s terrified of going to the doctor. Dr. Newland-Pagan made her feel comfortable. She asked her questions and put her at ease.

My brother was her patient, and although he had some limiting physical challenges, she made the necessary adjustments to examine him which put me at ease. as she treated him with compassion. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Newland Pagan is an old school Dr. By that I mean she takes her time and is an excellent diagnostician. Yes the waiting times are long , but remember you will get the same time and attention to detail  when you see her. I had a sinus surgery that was long and extensive.  The result was amazing after not having been able to breath properly for years I didn't know what is was like to have clear passageways , her follow through on the healing process which is long was caring and thorough.  I highly recommend this Dr, She is worth the wait !

Terrible doctor, told me I don’t know what to tell you when I told her the pain didn’t go away, then told me I HOPE SO when I asked if the pain was gonna go away.. I went there for problems with my tongue and she didn’t even attempt to put a scope or even look in my mouth.. if you want a real doctor I suggest you go down towards the city, this lady should of been a shoe maker instead of a doctor...

Dr. Newland-Pagan is the absolute Best ENT in NY STATE. She's thorough, experienced, bedside manner 10 stars. So happy we found her!

She is an excellent doctor. I was unable to hear properly due to a wax buildup in my ears. When I left there, I had no idea how much my hearing was impaired as I heard things that I hadn't heard in a long time. Thank you Dr. Pagan.

I first went to my portal and tried to find the chat page after hearing that it existed on the telephone. I succeeded in entering my portal but could not find a link to the chat page anywhere.

Went in for surgery for a deviated septum to improve breathing and assist with my recently diagnosed sleep apnea, I would easily recommend her and anyone seeking treatment for her specialties. I was in for 10-25 minutes then in the operation room and shockingly I was so comfortable I didn't even notice the anesthesiologist put me under I was so shocked, I had already been though the whole surgery. I was told it only took one hour, AMAZING!!!. This was only to improve my breathing but I didn't realize that my nose would also be corrected and straightened out by this as well, a lucky bonus. But always only do surgery for health not looks. MY Personal experience I can tell she actually cares about the patients she takes her profession with seriousness and kindness. Very professional in explaining and being absolutely honest. Made it easy for me to understand.If she could perform life saving surgery I would trust this woman.Update: Surgery went beautifully. Constantly tired from body healing, but NO complications and breathing has improved substantially since then. Very attentive post-OP follow up.
