He is a great doctor. Too bad he's no longer with OCLI. I am trying to find his new location because he is an excellent physician. If anyone knows his new location, please tell me where he relocated. Thank you.

I feel confident with this doctor’s care. He was patient with me. He seemed to understand my concerns and gave me a very understandable explanation of what was happening and what I could expect. The office staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I had a long visit but a lot was accomplished. I interacted with many of the staff members and I was very pleased with their care of me.

Dr Kiernan is a Full Blown Sociopath with a Total Disregard for Human Life!! He only cares about Money. Always get a Second Opinion if you Unfortunately have to see this Piece of Garbage!!

Aside from his clear technical competence, Dr. Kiernan seems to be able to put himself in his patient's shoes. He clearly "gets" what traumatic retinal problems can be like for the sufferer.
