Dr Ventimiglia & staff make an anxiety ridden experience easy to go through

The first time I met her she asked for the results of my MRI, how can I have the results if she never sent me for an MRI and I never met her before. Dr Ventimiglia is the worse doctor ever. She has no bedside manors & the way she spoke to me, by the time I left and walked to my car, I was feeling so down. She said to me "a woman your age, I assume you're not going to have any children" other things were said but being a woman I didn't expect her to talk to me the way she did. I had an appointment to see her for a procedure. I live in Suffolk county and there was a lot of traffic due to an accident, and I couldn't find a parking spot when I arrived. I ended up being 10 minutes late and she never took me, she told the lady at the front desk to reschedule. At that point I knew I no longer wanted her as my OB/GYN doctor. I asked for my medical records and never went back. Ladies please read the reviews before making an appointment, she's the absolute worst!!!

This office prevented me from seeing my doctor "Ventimiglia" for a scheduled GYN procedure unless I pay my outstanding balance of $25 before my procedure!! They said "you don't pay, you don't have the procedure!" So, now refusing me from having my procedure done, I am left in fear of having worse issues and serious health complications...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!

DENIED SERVICE FOR NOT PAYING $25 PRIOR TO PROCEDURE! This office prevented me from seeing my doctor "Ventimiglia" for a scheduled GYN procedure unless I pay my outstanding balance of $25 prior to my procedure!! They said "you don't pay, you don't have the procedure!" So, refusing me to have my procedure done left me in fear of having worse issues and serious health complications...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!

Dr. Ventimiglia was very demeaning to my daughter. She rushed her, did not answer questions or take the time out to explain anything. My daughter came home crying from her first experience seeing her. If you are young, I would not recommend her.

I have been with this practice for over 15 years, usually see Dr Val but have seen Dr Ventimiglia in the past as well. Scheduled an annual with ease, only a couple of weeks wait time. Appointment was quick, and I’m glad it was because who really wants to go to the GYN? She answered all of my questions and I walked out with the answers I sought after. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Ventimiglia was compassionate, friendly, knowledgable in her field & listened to my concerns. Was my first visit, recommended by family member. Staff was friendly & office bright & clean. Would highly reccomend.

Dr, Ventimiglia is the BEST Dr. Super kind, very knowledgeable, great bedside manner and so helpful. She makes a not so comfortable experience very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ventimiglia and her staff are very friendly and I find it easy enough to make an appt with her. I've gone through a few other gyno's in the past and this is one of the first times I've really felt heard by my MD. She answered all my questions without any judgement and keeps pap smears quick (lol sorry). My mom goes to the same practice but sees a different MD, I can't remember his name but she enjoys going here as well!
