Overbooks. Must be more concerned with her money than your health. Waited one hour in full waiting room. Never saw the Dr. I left. Not even a courtesy call to apologize for wasting my time.

She detected early melanoma and according to Sloan Kettering “saved your life.” A brilliant doctor. Eternally grateful.

I am a patient of Dr. Laurie Levine's and I have such praise for her and her wonderful staff. I have been a client for many years and have referred other people because I always receive the highest quality care. I am very grateful that I have found a practice that is so special.Whenever I come to this office, Dr. Levine and her staff are very warm, gracious and positive. They make the whole experience very pleasant. The office is so clean and they take special precautions to ensure that their patients are protected and taken care of. Leticia is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived she took extra careful measures to make sure that everything was in the highest order and spotless. I want to specially recognize Lauren Demino, ANC C, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner is very talented and highly skilled at what she does. She listened to my concerns and was very understanding. She has a very gentle way of treating her patients. Lauren did an outstanding job assisting me and I highly recommend this office and look forward to coming back again. Pamela

I had an appointment at this office and I must say I am BEYOND PLEASED. Visiting a new office is usually a hassle...from the excessive paperwork to the excessive wait times, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The person at the front, Tanya, demonstrated superior professionalism with a kind spirit to match. She deftly answered my questions and addressed my concerns and had such a sweet disposition.. My appointment was with Lauren, the Nurse Practitioner, and she was FANTASTIC!!! She was beyond patient and knowledgeable and I felt extremely comfortable asking questions of a sensitive nature that I would have felt otherwise uncomfortable talking to another practitioner about. She helped to ease my mind AND provided excellent treatment options that have garnered pleasing results. I would definitely visit this office again, in fact, I have already scheduled another appointment. I especially appreciated the care and precautions they put in place to make it SAFE and comfortIng atmosphere considering COVID-19. I wish all doctor's appointments were always this pleasant and efficient.

Waited 2 hours to be seen Left work early to get to office. Ridiculous waste of time. Will be going elsewhere in future. Do yourself a favor, don’t book appt if you have somewhere to be!

This was the worst Dermatologist experience I've ever had in my life. I made an appointment a month ago for my son with Dr. Laurie Levine cause that was the first available. (Why she's so busy, I still don't know). First, don't get me started with the parking. It was The parking garage from hell. Then we go to a packed waiting room and wait for about an hour and 20 minutes. We finally get called in and the nurse asks us why we are there. I told her my son has acne and two birth marks on his back that I'd like her to check. She leaves and we sit in the exam room for another 30 minutes. Dr. Levine finally graces us with her presence when she enters the exam room. She doesn't even look at my sons face and just prescribed him medication. She leaves and doesn't even look at the birthmarks. She literally was in the room for less then 2 minutes. I still don't know how she was so far behind on appointments when she only see's her patients for a millisecond. Also, they force you to buy there products, which I didn't do. Cause I didn't plan on returning. If i had to say one positive thing about my experience with Dr, Levine it would have to be when I left. What a waste of 2 and a half hours of my life. I went elsewhere.

I was referred to Dr. Laurie Levine by my daughters dermatologist. I was looking forward to the visit. I wanted answers to the recent skin conditions I have been experiencing. I arrived to the appointment on time yet had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. I went in and the lady that took me was quick to let me know she was in no mood and had no answers for me. She asked me what was going on so I told her and asked her questions as one does in doctors appointments but she quickly replied the doctor will look at it and tell you I just type. Um...if you type why are you asking these personal questions? Shortly after the doctor comes in and after such a cold experience I look forward to seeing her. To my disappointment she stayed through out the entire visit to type for the doctor. I didn't know that a dermatologist requires a stenographer!! After I explain to the doctor my skin conditions she continues to say well you have nothing visible so come back when you do. But I just explained to you what I have and how I treat it yet I still have to return if it reoccurs? I don't understand? But laser and cosmetic procedures they'll definitely plug and answer questions for. No thanks.After the visit the doctor recommended some creams and lotions that is conveniently sold at the front desk. I ask the The stenographer if I can look at the products texture as I have just explained in the office as she typed that I get reactions to face creams. She replies we can't open it if its open we can't sell it to someone else. Then I ask if I have a reaction what is your policy on return or exchange? She butts in as I speak to the sweet front lady and the office manager and says we can't predict what will or won't happen to your skin. So you mean to tell me you can't tell me about my skin type and what products work well for it??? THEN WHY AM I EVEN HERE?????COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. TWO HOURS and $140 dollars for someone who ruined my day.

I have been a client of Dr. Laurie Levine for many years and I have always had excellent laser work done by her. At my last appointment, Dr. Levine allocated nurse Catherine Alarcon to treat me with the laser. She made me feel very relaxed and I found her to be very competent, friendly, caring and her work to be outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Levine and her staff. Pamela B.

I recommend Dr. Levine to everyone I know. Great dermatologist who recognized malignant melanoma on three different areas on my body. Thankfully early detection saved my life.

Great doctor but office staff and billing office leave a lot to be desired.
