List of Nanda Ramsaroop's Reviews
This doctors office chose not to honor a zocdoc appointment. Instead insisted that I made and had another appointment on a different day instead of seeing me on the zocdoc given appointment which was conveniently sooner. They Insisted the appointment was not in their system even after I showed the office the text message confirmation from zocdoc. They're recommendation was that I can see a different doctor who has availability 23 minutes away in a different town. Like what? FIVE mins after I leave Dr. ramsaroop's office, they marked me as a no-show on zocdoc. I was told a supervisor was going to call me and no one called. They obviously chose not to honor the zocdoc appointment for whatever reason.
A year ago Dr Nanda asked me to do a blood test I didn't need, just in case. Since my Insurance didn't cover the exam, she said I would pay around $375, no more than $400. I received a bill in the amount of $1400. I went to talk to the employees and they told me that what they could do for me was give me a discount and I pay $800. She had said I wouldn't pay more than $400. I went to talk to her and she called me a liar, she so rude with me and said she didn't say anything about values to me. I was with my husband and he also proved that she said $375. It's been almost a year since I've been trying to sort this out and they don't do anything. I can't afford $800.
Made an appointment for my mom for an urgent visit today. Luckily they had an appointment available. Once we got there Knowing how bad she was, they cared more about her insurance situation instead in calling her back and examining her. After calling my mom’s insurance on her behalf, there should never be a problem in seeing her. Had the receptionist and the insurance representative talk to one another. My mom unfortunately got worse while waiting in the waiting room, we had to call an ambulance. Police officers came first and unfortunately the paramedics took a little longer to arrive. The whole time we were there no nurse or doctor came out to see what was going on. She is an established patient, just horrified on how she was treated! Everyone in this office is just numb, careless, heartless. I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone. If I can give zero stars, I would!!!
I went to see Dr. Ramsaroop for the 1st time on January 12th. The wait was not long, maybe 10 mins. First, her assistant who first saw me to check my blood pressure and ask a few questions was very cordial and professional. I was very impressed with the young lady. Then I met with Dr. Ramsaroop who was also very cordial, with excellent bedside manners, and extremely thorough with her questions. She absolutely cared about my medical history and then proceeded to send requests for them from my other Specialists. She made me feel very comfortable, she listened to me, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I do feel though that the front desk staff could be a little more welcoming. None of them really greeted me, I just went up to the desk, signed my name with no one saying "hello" . I went to sit, then one of them called me to provide my insurance info. She wasn't rude or anything like that, she was just not welcoming at all. I didn't understand that. I will still however return to Dr. Ramsaroop because I like her, and she's the one I need to see, and not the front desk staff.
A great doctor I went to for years. I moved or I’d still be going to her office. Excellent bedside manner and wait time has never been an issue. Office is good with following up as well. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
A patient was in there waiting to be seen and got really sick. An ambulance was called and not one doctor from this office bothered come check on the patient. Completely appalling. Not one doctor in the entire practice had a minute to check on a patient that was having a medical emergency in the waiting room!! Absolutely disgusted with the medical staff and employees at this office!
I’m have a bed experience with this place,I never will recommend this place for anyone
The Dr is decent, but the wait time is unreal!! There’s bo point of making an appointment, it ll take you minimum 2 hrs here even through they are not that busy. Avoid unless you have unlimited time!!!!
The front desk always do they own thing when it come to patients they refuse to connect patients if they request the office manager rude and disrespectful and play a lot of games, I been going there for 5 years and I always have problems with the front Desk, once I came with an emergency in the front turn me away and I had to go to the ER
Dr. Ramsaroop is the best doctor I have ever had. This was the first time I felt someone was on my side who wanted to help me figure out my health issues and find a solution. Her office staff is always helpful and courteous and she never rushes you. I refer all my loved ones to her. I have ongoing health problems and she was the first to help me solve the first few steps. Thank you so much.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
