Sharda Ramsaroop's Online Review Report Card

Dr, Ramsaroop has been nothing but excellent with me. She goes through test results line by line and explains things in great detail. I feel extremely comfortable under her care.

I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Ramsaroop. She is patient and extremely thorough.

I have Dr. Sharda as my primary. Before coming to this doctor, I was at a different facility and I didn’t get the care or much needed attention the same way as this doctor. Dr. Sharda takes her time in addressing any concern you may have. She genuinely cares for your mental and physical wellbeing. I had other doctors who will ignore small talk or questions I may have. This doctor is the opposite. My other family members also have her as well and they have reported the same positive experience.

Went here to get a physical and seen by Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop, shes very nice and helpful. Making sure she covered and explained everything. When I went here, it was busy and there was a lot of upset patients because they had to wait for a while but they also came in late for their appointment. Can't expect to be seen immediately if you came in late. I had a good experience here, the people at the front desk was nice to me even though they were already dealing with stress. I came 20 min early because I know I have to fill out paper work and only had to wait 15 min after.

I visited this doctor several times over the course of a year with a worsening condition that was complex. The doctor, in addition to the long wait times and unsophisticated medical assistants mentioned above, essentially threw up her hands. Bottom line, she seems interested in volume of seeing patients rather than quality of care (including constantly ordering labs that seemed unnecessary and were explained to me not by the doctor herself, but someone who seemed to have only a H.S. degree). I have no idea how her rating on other sites is so high, but it seems suspect. I frankly think her advice was a deterrent in improving my health and that my medical care gained better direction and level of attention after discontinuing working with her.

This doctor speaks to patients in a condescending and patronizing manner and her medical recommendations are questionable. But the office is worse. The office staff try, but are untrained. Turnover is high, which speaks for itself. The office manager is ineffective, nasty and threatening, to patients and staff.

Dr. Ramsaroop is an Angel practicing medicine on earth. Many years ago she treated my dad. I wish there was enough room to list all the wonderful things she did, not just for him as her patient but also helping me to deal with his condition and guiding me to prepare for his death. She was by his side in his home when he took his last breath. I called her on her day off and she came to help him pass ...

Dr. Ramsaroop always listens and respects what I can contribute. Her treatment has always been very good and her follow-through is excellent. She spends time with you despite her heavy schedule. She always replies to questions and her staff is equally responsive. I've had many varied problems since becoming her patient and I'm satisfied with her care in all cases.
