I had an amazing experience. I’m not from around here and I woke up with some stomach pains that I needed to get checked out. This place was recommended to me by a friend and oh boy was I happy I went here. From the easy online appointment booking, to stepping in and being seen right away everything was top notch. The reception was very welcoming, and the nurse Karen who brought me to the back was also great! Physician Waseem Shahid was amazing! He was very informative and made sure I understood everything I needed to know before he left the room. This place is very clean and the people are incredibly helpful and friendly! One of the best urgent cares I’ve been to.

Horrible experience. The staff made me wait a LONG time and all they did was chit-chat with each other while making me wait to do my PCR test and vitals. Will never go back! Unprofessional

The Doctor was friendly and thorough. He was very knowledgeable about Covid and my bee sting. I was seen in a timely manor. l did make an online appointment.

Dr. Shahid was very thoughtful and kind. He was responsive to my concerns and I was very happy with the care that he and the nurse provided. The wait time with an appointment was quite reasonable.
