Dr. ALICE was wonderful, I was very sick and she treated me with kindness and professional care. I was better in 24 hours with her treatment. They were opened late on Saturday and got me to an open pharmacy to get my medication. I am grateful ! They also called the next morning with lab results.

Went on a Sunday morning for neck pain. Got seen immediately. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Left an hour ago & already feeling so much better!

I went today for a puncture wound on my palm around 12 on a Friday . It was too late to stitch it (past 12 hours) but they disinfected and glued it closed and redressed it . Also nurse gave me a tetanus shot since last one was over 10 years ago. They gave me a couple extra bandages to take home . Staff was very friendly . I originally made an appointment in mahopac but they wouldn’t see me because they didn’t have an X-ray machine. (I didn’t need one ) . I had no wait time , paperwork was minimal .

Front desk was pleasant and efficient. We were the only patients there and it took almost an hour before we spoke with the physician or PA or NP. She was excellent - actively listened and prescribed exactly what was necessary. I really liked her. The only thing was the wait when I was the only one there.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. But as far as I see it urgent care is not for healthy patients those people need to see a primary doctor. Spent over an hour and a half waiting to get a strep test taken is ridiculous.

Treated my wife for a burn on her arm. We waited about 15 minutes to see a doctor which I thought was pretty reasonable. The staff and doctor were very helpful and we were very satisfied with our visit. They called in prescriptions for us immediately. We had been here once before during covid for testing and had about the same experience. We would definitely use this location again in the future. It's convenient and efficient for us on these two occasions.

The staff was courteous and caring. The PA seemed very knowledgeable and kind. I made an appointment and was in an out within a half an hour.

They all were so very sweet, I feel like they went above and beyond. At 61 yrs of age first time having poison ivy. I COULDN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH ! I have already put the word out ..I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYMORE TO GO THERE!
