David Ramos's Online Review Report Card

Dr David Ramos is an amazing doctor he is very professional and caring he has cared for my mother for over 10yrs and is the reason she is doing so good thanks to him she has had her pacemaker and has always made sure she is doing great!! He is an exceptional doctor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing dr!!! Thank u Dr. Ramos

I can say they was all professional and very kind. They took very good care of me even followed up to see how I was doing. I highly recommend for I have been to so many offices but this office is my home the treatment and care is perfect cannot asks for better if I can add 5 more star I would

Absolutely the worst. Poorest service I ever received from staff. This is not how a doctor's office should treat anybody. Would NEVER recommend. Not even worth one star.

I like dr Ramos. He's not judgemental. One mined another alternative ways if your not in Dire straights. The dr is good.However, I've Waited the 1 st time 45 min to see him. I had another dr to go afterwards and therefore I was late. The 2 nd time I just went for blood lab. The nurse fished arounf my arm I see the needle moving no blood registered and she said it's right there the vein as she said it she's lifting up the skin with the freaking needoe. I said I a retired MA worked for Red Cross so I said take it out. Ok we got the hand. I called fri. 7/9 @3:20 p.m. for a verification of a my appt on Monday. She said What! who asks or says what to a patient in appropriate way. you have to be professional in mannerisms and dialogue. Most other girls there or anywhere else will say excuse me I did not hear you. Or I'm sorry can you repeat that or we have a bad connection try calling back. Nothing! She hung up. I couldn't understand her sounded muffled like she's smacking gum But I didn't say that To her. I called again and said I might be 15 min late she said if your late we can't see you In a fast snippy voice. I said that's not fair I waited 45 min to see the DR and ya can't let someone else go "ahead " of me as I'd be 15 min late if that. Nope so now I feel that's rude. If I quit going this will be why. a nicer compassionate reply such as I'm so sorry or just come and someone might be ahead of you then like every dr in Orange County deals with. She didn't even offer another appt. in this month. It's Was A matter of getting a cab ride and they are not perfect in timing. Least I asked. I will most likely tell the dr and if this happened where I am late after paying for a cab I would expect to lose my place but not my appt. he would and could see the next patient 15 min. then expected as most ppl are early as I've been half hr early each time and still waited over half hr . The new place In Monroe vs goshens old office isnt up to par like it was in goshen. Office gals can be a bit more nicer it was just that receptionist's. In the old place they did let someone go ahead and it worked out

Dr. Ramos is AMAZING! He spent so much time listening and explaining. He is caring and compassionate. He is clearly well experienced and educated. He raises the bar to what all physicians should strive to be! Couldn't be happier that we found him!

I have never met a Doctor like Dr. Ramos. He takes the time to listen...really listen to symptoms and concerns. He is a brilliant diagnostician, considering the full anatomy, not just the heart. He has a remarkable bed side manner and I often wish he could be my primary care physician. He is what every doctor should aspire to be.

He has been my cardiologist for almost 10 years. He is an outstanding doctor that really takes much concern to his patients needs. He listens and has a genuine concern and care to work with his patients to cater to their individual needs. I have always recieved the best care from Dr. Ramos! Where other doctors couldnt help me, he resolved my medical issues. I travel an hour to get to him because he is the best.

Excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. That is why it sometimes takes a little time to get an appointment but it is worth the wait.
