Debra Arbisser-Grohman's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Grohman is such a great Doctor. Monsey Medical Family Center is so very lucky to have her on board. My wife and I always talk about how excellent of a Doctor she is. She restores our faith in M.M.F.C. My wife and I have been seen by Dr. Grohman for over 2 years now and our health has improved dramatically. And whenever any health issues arises she takes care of the problem with the best of care. She really knows,her stuff. And she's a delight to be around. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness is above and beyond. Sometimes there's a little wait at the office. But that's only because she's very thorough with all patients, making sure issue(e) are addressed properly. She always makes me feel comfortable, by being a very good listener, whenever I have any questions. And she always answers all my questions. And on every occasion whenever I call the office with any particular questions or issues, she always returns my call personally. And it's always easy to get an appointment with her... 2 weeks ago we had a snow day in our are and the roads were not too safe. But Dr. Grohman showed up anyway. I'd thought she would've cancelled. But good for me she showed up (really needed to ne seen by her and needed medication... I highly recommend dr. Grohman to my family and friends... if you want a great doctor that practices great medicine with a friendly smile and a friendly heart (One of the best Medical internist Doctors - Dr. Grohman)

I left work early to see Dr. Grohman (who had already once rescheduled my appointment due to prolonged absence from her office) and sat in her waiting room for over an hour. Practice is unclean and disorganized. When she finally got around to seeing me the visit was very short and inconclusive, and I found her manner to be very clipped and somewhat insensitive. She wrote me a prescription to have blood work done, but did not mention that it was required that I fast. I took off work the next to do the necessary blood work but was told i wouldn't be able to due to the fact that I'd eaten. When I finally had it done, I had to chase down someone at her practice for the results. She herself did not bother to call me back, only someone at her office after several phone calls. I absolutely would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Grohman is very professional, friendly and thorough. She allows time for questions, listens and partners with her patients. I am very comfortable with Dr. G. because she's more cautious then most doctors I've gone to previously. I don't feel I have to second guess her as I have previous physicians. I can trust her completely.
