List of Harvinder Chaudhry's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. Chaudhry's for many years and have found her to be a very kind, caring, considerate and empathetic doctor. She is focused when collecting information, has a broad general knowledge and is honest and forthright. Her nurse is a delight and her office immaculate.
I just returned to the area after 16 years, and I’m very happy to be a patient of Dr. Harvinder Chaudhry again. Dr. Chaudhry is thorough, and she is a lovely person. Always respectful. Her office is efficient. For example, they called to remind me to follow up on my referrals and even offered to set up those appointments for me right then.
Hands down one of the best Doctors in Orange county. They actually listen and take all the time needed to understand your issues and needs. If you want a Doctor who actually cares and spends more the 3 minutes with you then try Middletown Medical.
This is the BEST doctor ever!
Very professional , love this office.
I feel she genuinely cares about her patients. She gives you the time you need, never rushes you out the door. I don't mind waiting my turn since the doctor devotes all the time her patients need.
if you want to wait an hour after your appointment to be seen and deal with incompetent staff who never respond to requests for medication refills then this is your place. I would give them zero stars if I could, this is my mothers doctor and I'm done we will be switching to another office. Do not come here.
My 98 year old grandma has been a patient of Dr. C's and I tried for 2 MONTHS to get home care for her through this office and it didn't get done. The receptionist is unhelpful & was unwilling to set things up saying it was my job to have the agency contact them. Even if this were their standard practice, what office doesn't offer to help a geriatric person with something like this?? So I did call the home care agency and even though they confirmed my thought that it IS the doctor's office job to call them, not vice versa like the receptionist told me, they did me a huge favor by faxing not once, but multiple times, a form to Dr. C's office to start home care. For months Dr. C's office dragged their feet by not returning the form to start home care & didn't return my status calls. At one point, the receptionist flat out lied to my husband when he called for a status, saying she had spoken to me when in fact she never returned my calls. Even after I advised them that my grandma was just diagnosed with congestive heart failure and I really, really need help, they still did not get back to me or set up the home care. I had to get supervisors from Middletown Medical, the home care agency & my grandma's cardiologist's nurse to call them. What they FINALLY did send back was insufficient to start care. Her cardiologist finally had to set things up for us. Thank God for him and it's not even his job to do this. I wish there was more room to fully express the full ordeal we went through with this office and my disgust with the whole situation. My grandma has deteriorated these past two months despite my absolute best efforts at caring for her myself with no help. Maybe now her health will improve with finally getting the care she needs. No thanks at all to Dr. C's office. One other issue we had was when my grandma had a UTI. She couldn't give a sample in the office so I went to bring one in the next day and was advised there was no one there to run the test. Okay?? So I brought one in the next day and had to wait over a week for the results. I had to call and call to find out the results and she did have a UTI! This is very serious for an elderly person and should not have taken so long to find out and get her on medication. One last thing… if you have an appointment, you can expect to wait about an hour before actually seeing the doctor. This may be okay for the average person, but not for a 98 year old to sit there and wait that long.In conclusion, although Dr. Chaudhry is nice and seems knowledgeable (and one of the nurses there was always very kind to my grandma), I would never, ever recommend anyone take their elderly family member to her practice. I don’t know if it’s just the receptionist or where exactly the breakdown is in her office to deliver such absolutely poor service, but it’s a shame and the patients suffer as a result.
I tried for 2 MONTHS to get home care for my 98 yr old Nana and it didn't get done. The receptionist is unhelpful & was unwilling to set things up saying it was my job to have the agency contact them. So I did & for months they dragged their feet & didn't return my status calls. I had to get supervisors from Middletown Medical, the home care agency & her cardiologist's nurse to call them. What they FINALLY sent back was insufficient to start care. Her heart doc had to set things up for us.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
