You will have to wait to come inside the building and get registered; because of Covid-19 precautions. To be expected these days. Quick registration process. Friendly and helpful.Nurses are very kind-both before and after surgery; even though they are very busy. No onesitting around, talking about nonsense.Anesthesiologist was both friendly and knowledgeable. A bonus!Didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door after surgery either; even though it was near closing time.Facility was immaculate! Kudos to the environmental services staff.All around really good experience. Would highly recommend.

I recently had shoulder surgery here due to an unfortunate motorcycle accident and had a wonderful experience. Jamie, Maria and Donna took great care of me. It's always scary to have surgery but they make it less scary by taking great car of you. I had a difficult time contacting the preoperative contact person. I'm hopeful they will work that out. It might have just been an off moment but Jaime, Maria and Donna more than made up for that small blip.

My husband just had surgery here this morning and I have never wanted to rush to review something so fast. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left was truly a wonderful experience. We were greeted promptly and he was brought up to the triage immediately. We did need to wait about an hour, but the staff completely made up for that. Every single person we came in contact with was unbelievably and genuinely caring, kind and friendly. The procedure was done so quickly and my husband was released almost immediately. The people here are really the shining stars. I have never had such a fantastic experience. Kathy and Jamie were dolls as well as everyone else we dealt with. No fewer than 5 people were constantly checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Having surgery is never easy and usually a real pain in more ways than one, but I really cannot say enough about this practice. Kudos.
