Arbie Baccay's Online Review Report Card

The office staff that handle for Dr. Baccay are useless! No matter what day of the week or time of day...NO ONE answers the phones here! I have tried for a week to get an emergency Appt this last time & I have been on hold for an hour with the phone just ringing & ringing! So I clicked over on the other line & instead of pressing 5114 I decided to change the last one to a 3 (refill medication) & yet nooo answer ! I have in the past year tried to make an Appt for a physical & had the same expe

I am a new patient of Dr Baccay, saw him for an annual physical, and was extremely impressed. He is friendly and relaxed, funny, very focused, and unbelievably thorough. He spent about an hour with me and most of that was in the actual physical exam. He checked everything, he explained things in ways that I understood, he told me precisely what I needed to do, he followed up to see that I had done them. I have never seen such a competent physician. But...it is nearly impossible to reach anyone to make an appointment and I cant ever reach a nurse. They just dont answer their phones. I waited on the line for 40 minutes before someone answered the other day and when I complained, she said that a 30 or 40 minute phone wait was common. Sometimes (like the past few days) the phones dont work at all for incoming calls. And there are other things. A staff person forgot to call in a prescription after my visit and days later, after waiting 1520 minutes on the phone, maybe more, I spoke with someone who then called it in to the wrong place. As wonderful as Dr Baccay is, I am considering switching to another physician because dealing with his office is very stressful and VERY time consuming. The five star rating Ive given is a rating of Dr. Baccay himself. Everything else would be one star, less if possible.

I have been seeing Dr Baccay for close to two years, recently in regard to an unusual illness and found his professionalism and compassionate care very comforting. He has been watching over this situation and offering assistance when needed. He is a one of a kind Doctor with old world care for his patients.

Many times people find it easier to write letters of complaints than those of praise. I must tell you, at my age and being a police Chief for many years I have had many encounters with many doctors . You sir. are an accomplished Doctor in good standing with those that you care for. My family and friends feel and say the same. Due to my most recent experience with health care, I have to write this letter. Thank You so much for the care and attention you have given me . Thank you !

I do not recommend!! EVER! He did the tests he wanted to do but that never helped me. He didnt treat my problem. He said for me to live with my symptoms and he just didnt treat me. I will never see him again.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Baccay never have to wait if you have an 300 pm you are called at 300 pm .His bedside manner is what all doctors should strive for. Very professional !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother was a patient of Dr. Baccay. Dr. Baccay is compassionate, excellent patient care, personable, thorough, spends as much time as needed to answer all your questions, does a thorough examination, is extremely detail oriented and coordinates care with other physicians as needed. Dr. Baccay is one of a kind. My mother was very pleased with the care she received. Having myself worked in hospitals for many years, I can say Dr Baccay, is one of the best physicians I have ever dealt with.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Baccays for over 20 years and his medical care has been attentive, thoughtful and he has always taken a proactive role with me in my overall health. I have been extremely satisfied with him as my primary physician.

My first visit to Dr. Baccay has been so memorable that during my second visit, I anxiously waited to hear what stories have been left untold. A great doctor to work with. Not only does he listen attentively but accommodates, educates and advises on how to live well. Also he always recommends on how to maintain healthy habit. To all who happen to need a doctor please look no further because Dr. Baccay will definitely respond to any and every question you have.

Dr. Baccay has been my internist for over 15 years. He is a great doctor who is compassionate and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a internist.
