Mount Kisco Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

I really cannot believe how horrible Caremount has become in recent years. It is factory medicine at its worst. I have been a patient since 1985, and I must leave now. This after all of my children were delivered by MKMG doctors and had MKMG pediatricians. Now I spend hours and hours on hold to maybe speak with a medical professional. And now, as I am older and have a couple of chronic conditions, it is impossible to get anyone to address my symptoms and medications as a need arises. And the billing department is completely unresponsive. Numerous errors. I leave voicemails, and no one ever responds. If at all possible, avoid this group. It has become a behemoth and impersonal bureaucracy in which the patient is but a tiny cog.

You will literally die before they get you in to see a doctor. Useless to have a primary care doctor there, the ER will get you in and out faster.

I'm not sure why this group literally does not care that patients are trying to get in touch with their doctors. I've never called and been connected to the right department within under 30 minutes.. at a minimum. It usually takes me hours to get a simple answer. They don't seem to care. It's extremely frustrating, and has not improved.. if anything it's gotten worse over the years. It's really sad because it takes credit away from their hardworking doctors.

Caremount has become an absolute nightmare. The changes that have occurred over the years has led this once decent medical group to becoming a less responsive one to patient needs and an increase in rude staff who are seemingly inept to do their jobs properly. And that's when you can actually get through to speak with someone.I am now in the process of finding a new primary care group provider for my family. I would HIGHLY recommend you find your medical care needs elsewhere for the sake of yourself and your loved ones.

Unbelieveably bad accounting services. No one to answer the phone.Completely stoneage.Would give negative stars if possible.

This is a business first, second, and last. They don't care about their patients, they overbill, they request needless tests, and they're terrible at responding to urgent requests.

I dread calling Caremount when I need anything, like just making an appointment.  It takes over a minute just to get to the point where I can press a key that puts me on hold, and then another minute before you're asked if you want a call back and can hang up.  Then I have to hope they don't call back when I'm busy.  And when someone does call back, it's to take a message so you can be called back by a person who matters.   The Patient Portal is worse than worthless - it's not kept up-to-date.  I make any specialty appointments elsewhere now whenever possible.

If you can find some other practice do so.staff acts like they are doing you a favor to answer a question. The constant condensing message about COVID is super annoying. It's like don t dare call us about the vaccine . You really do not get the feeling anyone cares.

This place has to be the WORST run organization I have ever experienced.  Impossible to get appointments, one the phone for HOURS, and the billing department is laughable.  They constantly lose payments and then tell you its YOUR fault and you don't know what you are talking about.  There are 16 different teams that they pass the buck to over and over again.My advise, if you have to go here, is to just not pay your bill.  Eventually someone with a brain will give you a call to fix all the various errors.  This place is pathetic.

Is it just me why is it that know one ever calls you with your results of blood work test anything. you go to a doctor for a reason. I have tried different offices and its always the same. I really need to look else where I am tired of chasing after my test results. I had cancer in the past and I do not feel good about this at all.
