I just wish she wasn’t with caremount because of their incompetent billing I can’t get into see the dr that possibly saved my life initially and now having the same issues and Caremount is denying my care in any and all offices and walk in services for myself and my children.

Dr. Sone is a great doctor but it's a shame she joined Caremount Medical. I have never dealt with an office more incompetent than this doctors office. You will never get anywhere if you have a question or need her to call in a prescription. You are dumped into a computer system and completely forgotten about.

I never write reviews, but for Dr. Sone, I have to. Because of my work schedule, I had been seen by many doctors at Caremount, I would make my appointments based on the drs that where available. After being scheduled with Dr. Sone, I felt so comfortable with her. She is exceedingly knowledgeble and at the same time, down to earth and relatable. I made a point to always request her going forward. I feel so lucky that she was able to deliver my baby. Dr. Sone is the best, hands down!

Dr. Sone seemed friendly and competent at first, but she was quick to prescribe birth control pills that were very expensive despite my plea for a generic that I could afford. When I went back to discuss other options because I had a lot of complications with the pills, she dismissed my interest in a nexplanon implant with disgust. She then tried to push more pills on me. To me, these are not the actions of a competent doctor who considers a patient's views and needs.

She seemed nice at first. Then, she used a non-resting blood pressure and a 3 lbs increase, (I was bloated and on my period) as reasons to not prescribe me birth control as hormone therapy because I'm very irregular and she had previously expressed concern that irregularity has a strong correlation to ovarian cancer. She also thought she had already prescribed it. Lastly, she asked if I had been diagnosed with PCOS; she's the Dr. who had me get two ultrasounds to check for cysts. Incompetent.
