I am so done with her - long wait time, no personality, no call back with results. rushes you in and out because she is overbooked. Disgusting office staff - this office should close and do everyone a favor.
Horrible experience with Dr. Milchtein. My mother told the doctor that she was experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort. Dr. Milchtein told her that she probably had food poisoning and dismissed her complaints. We found out from another doctor that my mother had 4th stage stomach cancer. Dr. Milchtein is an awful doctor. She wouldn't even make a recommendation for my mother to see a specialist!!!!!!!!! She cavalierly dismissed older people's health problems. Shame on you, Dr. Milchtein!
Dr. Ekaterina Milchtein is a great Dr she takes her time with you and explain everything that is going on with you. I have been a patient of Dr Santry and Butari before they changed over and by far Ekaterina Milchtein, MD is great.
I was originally a patient of Dr. Tsamparlis, this practice has completely gone downhill since he left. My first visit with Dr. Milchtein I requested a refill of Chantix (originally prescribed by Dr. Tsamparlis) to quit smoking and was told "you have smoked for 33 years what difference does another year make, you just have to try harder to quit cold". Just called now to request a prescription for antibiotics, first told Dr. is on vacation until new year so asked wasn't anyone covering for her, they think so not sure, then it became you would need to come in for an appointment, and ultimately no, not an appointment you would have to go to ER or Urgent Care. For a prescription, antibiotics. During a surge in COVID. This is not a place that cares for people as humans anymore.
Relaxed part-time practitioner. Never available when needed. No substitutes. Long phone hold times. No call-backs, even when the call is scheduled! Subpar office personnel.
DR. Milchtein is an excellent doctor. She very attentive, listens to you and she follows up to make sure her patients are ok.
Excellent Doctor
I am so happy to have found Dr. Milchtein. It's difficult being a doctor and it's difficult being a sickly young person who was once very self sufficient. Dr. Milchtein makes me feel human and understood; she treats me as an individual, not a generalization of what patients are perceived to be sometimes (annoying and needy). I am less anxious during doctor's visits and it is most likely bc of her demeanor and approach. It's just the right amount of kindness and compassion without coming across phony. I appreciate it greatly and now have high hopes that I will soon be joining the workforce and school again thanks to her help. Staff is friendly, office is very clean and comfortable!
Everyone should be as lucky as myself and family feel, to have Dr Milchtein as our Primary Care Physician. She is a rare breed of a person, not just a Doctor. My children will soon be going to her also. She has a circle of specialists that she refers also, and they have her on a pedestal like I do. Very humble, sweet and I have followed her to the new office, that Health Quest assigned her to.A perfect example of what a Family Dr. should be like. Health Quest is lucky to have her representing them. Her staff is top of the line also.
Feel very fortunate to have her as my Doctor. Simply excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
