This place is a joke man, called the day before told them 1 of my tooth cracked and they made me come in at 4pm the next day for absolutely nothing!!!...Left work 2 hours early for nothing!!!! That was very unprofessional

My experience today was great. I was a walk-in. Chris was very pleasant, and was able to squeeze me in. When I arrived Chris and the staff were awesome. Ms Dimari was very helpful. She explained why I was feeling the pain. She noticed I was very afraid but managed to calm me . Dr. Guerrino (son) was great. He listened to my concern. I will be returning to this office. They made me feel comfortable in a place where I thought would only give me discomfort.

It is a beautiful place....very good attentions from your staff....free parking.....The Dr is excellent......Es un lugar muy agradable, con unas secretarias muy agradables, buena ubicacion con parqueo gratis.....y el Doctor es muy agradable en el trato con sus pacientes

Mount Vernon office doesn't respect patients and value their time. Horrible customer service. Be sure the clueless front desk person understands what you're coming in for AND make sure they will do everything in that office visit. No apologies offered for inconveniences on their end. Lunch was more important than the patient mid appointment! And to think I was going to actually pay full price for another service. They lost business.
