Julia Schaefer-Cutillo Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Julia Schaefer- Cutillo Is the best out here. Best person and physician. I never encountered such a person that is a doctor. In the way she cares responds to her patients with an enormous heart and incredible love. She is brilliant in her speciality of oncology. She turns gloom and doom of the disease of cancer and all that is entailed with a diagnosis. Physically, emotionally and beyond. She treated my breast cancer beginning in 2014 and has overseen everything as my medical oncologist. She is an angel. I have continued commuting down to mount Kisco since she left Dutchess. Anybody that has anything negative to say about Morgan or dr. Schaefer please note this Dr. SC is dearly loved and respected by many many people. Morgan is a sweetie and a kind person.

She is the best. I followed her to where she is now in Mt. Kisco. For those that said she left abruptly and they were not sent a letter, that was not her, it was the practice where she had been that did not send out a letter to her patients. She is the best. I started going to her when Dr Reyes left the practice whom I also think a great deal of. he saved my life.

I loved her, but she left the practice where I saw her rather abruptly after canceling appointments with me. I never heard from her or saw her again. There was no explanation. It felt like it was some kind of emergency, but I never got a letter or a call from her.

A great doctor, who is warm, and personable as well.

SAYS ONE THING TEST RESULTS DIFFER. WRITES HORRIBLE UN JUSTIFIED PATIENT HISTORY. STAFF DI NOT CALL INSURANCE .PATIET HAD TO DO IT AND STAFF DOESNT FIND INSUANCE APROVAL. CALLED EMAILED FOR THEM TO DO THIS, ALICIA YELLED CALL THE OFT DEPT. LEFT HANGING WITH LESIONS BUT TOLD NO PROBLEM NO TREATMENT

HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR. RECEIVED CALL FROM STAFF. NOW IN MOUNT KISCO WITH THE SAME STAFF. FIRST VISIT FRIENDLY . SCHEDULED CT . INSURANCE WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE FULL SCAN. EMAILED PRIOR TEST THAT WOULD SATISFY . DONT THINK IT WAS PURSUED. HOSPITAL RADIOLOGY IN THE MIDDLE OF COVID WAS WONDERFUL. RESULT APPOINTMENT SAID NO PROBLEM. NEEDSANOTHER IN 3 MONTHS. NEVER SAW WRITTEN REPORT ...

Where is she currently practicing? Not at Westage

I'm sad, confused and disappointed. I had no knowledge of Dr Schaefer Cutillo leaving - I was informed that I was "given" to another Dr. a week before my last appointment. His first words to me- "She had to do this before I retired" with a chuckle. The office would not tell me where she went. I still don't know where she went.

When my oncologist, whom I loved, retired he recommended Dr. Schaefer-Cutillo who had just joined the practice to replace him. I was upset. I was crying, because my oncologist was among the team of medical professionals who saved my life and monitored me so closely over the years. But, my oncologist told me that she was wonderful and that I could trust her. I met with her long ago and she was wonderful and more. So approachable, so easy to talk to, so forthright and honest. She returns phone calls and talks with me as long as it takes. The most important thing for me is not only that she keeps me physically alive, but that she treats my emotions as well. She always asks about my daughter, gives me a complete exam and calms any fears. We've been through a few scares together and I always felt her concern and support. She is one of the best around and the fact that she's a woman it definitely a plus!
