Dr. Gill was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed w/ the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Gill is adequately knowledgeable, but I also had very poor experiences with his staff. The Nanuet receptionist is very rude and does not provide appropriate customer service. This is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in healthcare. The nurse who administered my PFT did so with zero patient education and was hesitant to even tell me what medication was administered in the breathing treatment. I plan to transfer my care not because of Dr. Gill but because of the support staff.

The woman that answers the phone for booking appointments is AWFUL - she should look for a job where she does not have to interact with people. Terrible phone etiquette, RUDE, apathetic, seems like she does not like people very much - all bad traits for someone working in patient care/service. I almost cancelled my appointment on the account of her rudeness and lack of professionalism on the phone. They need to fire her and look for someone more pleasant.

Dr. Gill's office staff is very knowledgeable, competent & friendly. Staff goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable & accommodate their needs. Staff also knows what the doctor needs even before he does!!
