List of Jayesh Mehta Md's Reviews
Recently I have been trying to get an authorization for a generic medication from the office and the office manager and the staff are reluctant to fill out a form sent from my insurance company. My Part D coverage covers this medicine free of cost if the doctor can attest that the medicine is clinically required for me. Office staff is so adamant that I have to teach the Pharmacist how to bill this medicine. I got humiliated from the pharmacy and the office team in my attempt to get a form filled to get this medicine . I am still waiting to see if the office staff can fill out my form that was faxed to them again today ( 3-29-2021). I would really like to have my doctor's attention to this matter ASAP.
Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, personal, can have a conversation, very caring. Shy
He is really really good doctor
Dr. Mehta always accommodating, ,always friendly, always caring always on point. whenever I call always says come on in, NEVER says see if you feel better if, not come in tomorrow, not feeling well ,come on in, even if it is a false alarm. Very good doctor, never have the office problems with staff, maybe they have changed for the better. But that wont make me not see the doctor. I first met him when I somehow got asthma at an older age, never had before.
Besides being a most competent doctor, Dr. Mehta is a genuinely nice person. No condescension, no pretentiousness, just a down to earth care provider. If you are in need of a pulmonary specialist I highly recommend Dr. Mehta.
Dr. Mehta is kind and patient. He treated my mother for a few years. I would recommend him. The billing person is a horror show. She is a rude individual. She is always confused and knows very little about anything. This women yells and talks rudely. I have been to many doctor offices for my mother and have never come across anyone so discourteous. She also will never return a phone call.
The manager Brenda is the most helpful person in the world. She is very polite and caring. She will go out of her way to help you to the car or make sure another doctor has received your information. She is knowledgeable and smart. She even knew my pharmacy and phone number without looking. She has even followed up on something I didn't ask her do and called me at home telling me that it wasn't a problem. She is a rare breed and makes the office visit a pleasure.
I feel Dr. Mehta has treated me well. He explains my condition clearly and doesn't seemed rushed. He is soft spoken and has helped my condition improve. However that is as far as it goes. The women who runs the office who I believe is his wife is condescending and ill-behaved. I actually watched as she belittled someone on the phone and was actually mocking another patient. The elder women in that office Deborah is rather pushy and a know it all. I will be going back to Dr. Mehta but the office experience with those two is painful. The experience with the 3rd women in the office is normal. She is personable, try to get her. Brenda is her name. She's the reason I had to up the Courteous staff star ratings below with 2 stars instead of one.
Recently I was referred to Mr.Mehta by my doctor, because I wasn't getting better, this wonderful man of medicine immediately sent me to the Hospital, Good Sam, and from my first second with him what a professional, terrific beside manner, explains everything in detail and on and on, I would always go back to him, I would recommend him to anyone, he saved my life, after speaking with me for a few seconds, he called the hospital told them to expect me in admitting stat. Great MD. Kudos sir.
BEST Critical care doctor who saved my life not once but twice. Great bedside manners, explains everything thoroughly pros and cons. Listens to what the patient is saying. Exceptional doctor who cares for his patients. He is one in a million.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
